Fully Hong Hostel

Perfect location and good value for money. I think the location is very authentic and good culture experience. If you want fancy and luxury, this place might not be your ideal place, if you want great location, authentic neighbourhood and very good price, this is your place! In the evening there might be some drunk people around, but I felt safe as woman traveler.
I requested some extra blankets and that was no problem. There was a self check in and check out service. I would definitely stay again!

This hidden treasure is only 100m (or even less) from Jongno-3ga station. This comes at a price: It is cramped between trophy selling stores and therefore has small rooms. What does small mean? The king-sized bed would fit 1,6 times into the room. The bathroom is adjacent and has roughly 2 by 2 meters. The toilet is in the same room and not separated (which is good as you can use the shower as a bidet). The rooms are fresh and clean, only suffer from usual rust which I experienced in all Asian hotels. AC is working and guest adjustable, TV is nice but only offers korean programs. The hotel is for people like me: I need a bathroom, a bed and then I am off for adventure! If this is your profile, you do nothing wrong with the Fully Hong (formerly Fully Mini) Hotel. A lot of things are in walking distance, or easily reachable by public transportation. My highlight: Going from 반포대교 달빛무지개분수 to the hotel by bus with no transfer. Cool!

What a fantastic hostel in the heart of the city. We visited in December when outside temperatures were reaching several below zero and this place was always amazing to return to as it was kept warm. An added bonus is that its so close to the metro, shops and lots of tasty bbq places.

The staff are also super friendly and they make you feel like family. I'd definitely stay here again on my next trip to Seoul and I'd recommend you stay here too!

The staff is super nice. They both have taken care of me very well.
The location is great. It's near the shopping street Myeong-dong and the subway is right in front of the hostel, super convenient!
Rooms are clean. The Breakfast is small, but still super delicious!

Great value for the price considering location, a walkable distance to a lot of tourist attractions (also nearby: several marts, the subway station, a pharmacy, and cheap and delicious food was easy to find around the area).
Room was clean and cozy, with plenty of sockets available. Bed was comfortable and towels provided were clean. Basic toiletries were provided (soap, shampoo, rinse, toothpaste).
Breakfast was also provided which was great.
Staff were great and very friendly!! They were happy to help in any way they can.
Definitely recommend.

Fully is so close to the tourist spots and most if it are walking distance away. Subway is like a minute away and it has 3 lines, making it easy for us to travel.
Tony is so nice and approachable. Always greeting us with his smile. Giving us tips on what to do and eat.
Though the building is a bit old.. but the rooms are kept clean and neat.
Coming back for sure~~ 😘

I had the best hostel experience at this place! Rooms are clean and the staff is very attentive, from recommendations on where to visit in Seoul to just having a nice talk at the lobby :) also the location is sooooo convenient! Literally seconds away from the station and close to main attractions (palaces, markets, etc.) happy I chose to stay here and can’t wait to come back soon :)

Fully Hong Hostel was a bit difficult to locate at first because it is inside a small alley. Although the place is small, they managed to maximize the area for backpackers and the receptionist who assisted was so amiable. She was willing to help us in our trip! We had a comfortable stay here.

My stay at Fully Guesthouse in one word... Amazing! The location is the best you can find, walking distance to most of the touristic attractions and shopping places (Myeongdong, Gyeongbokgung, Insadong, Namsan tower) and the subway stationand bus station are right in front of the hostel so you can get in no time to Hongdae or Gangnam.
The best of Fully Guesthouse is probably the awesome nights we had with the workers and the manager Tony! From drinking games to tasting new korean food all together and learning about the culture made this trip an unforgettable experience.
I hope anyone who goes to Fully can also have an awesome stay.
The rooms are not the biggest but it’s cozy and clean!

Liked it so much we booked for more nights. Clean, nice rooms. The staff are awesome! Super nice and have great suggestions for places to go, food to try and how to navigate public transportation. Great location, walking distance to many sights. Surrounded by lots of good small restaurants.

cozy place right next to the metro exit. Tony and his staff fill this place with a lot of life and provide great suggestions and help for sightseeing in the area. you should definitely go there if you don't shy away from meeting some likeable people in the commons area. was just visiting my brother who was staying there but would definitely come back.

Perfect for what we needed! Lovely staff, very helpful with tips on where to go and what to see. Room was small but very cosy and clean. We definitely come back again.
