24 Guesthouse Myeongdong Avenue Point

Stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. I stayed in a single room. Everything was clean, the room had AC, shower room, toilet fridge and more. Water dispencer provided by guesthouse too.

It's a short walk from Myeongdong Street where there are street food and stores until late night. A great place to spend the night in Seoul.

If I go back in Seoul I will return to this guesthouse again.

This is a guesthouse. Considering that, it wasn’t terribly bad. They converted 고시원 into the rentable rooms. So expect that it is extremely small. Having said that, you will have everything to safely stay overnight. Again, this is not the 5 star hotel.

One of the best guesthouses in the Namdaemun-Myeongdong area. A stone throw away from cultural/historical spots, shopping centers, street food areas, subway stations and the N Seoul Tower!
Nice and clean rooms. Staff are nice and helpful. Shout out the the ahjussi running the place. He seems like a very hardworking person and makes sure to attend to the needs of the guests.
Highly recommended for backpacking people - solo, groups or families.
Will definitely return.

Booked thru Agoda. Stay from Nov 29 to Dec 2. We arrived in the guesthouse at around 1AM since arrival in Incheon Airport was 9pm. Staff left the key for our room in the frontdesk so we were able to rest right away. With free breakfast and fast wifi. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The place was good, clean and tidy... Has airconditioner and heater so you'll not have any trouble during summer/winter. The owner/receptionist, Mr. Kim was also very kind. He'll entertain every question that yiu have in mind. 😊 Looking forward to my next Korea Trip.

The ajhussi who is incharge is very warm and welcoming. The place is very clean and quiet and at the same time very accessible and near transport places . It is alaso near Namdaemun market just across the street and near the subway stationsand restauranst are just around the areas. If I'll be back to korea i will definetly book again at this place

住宿地點是旅行安排最重要的一環，距離地鐵站一分鐘的這個地點不管到明洞或東大門，都在走路可以接受的範圍，設備還可以，是老闆一家人自己經營，老闆曾經到中國學習中文，所以溝通也方便，算是CP值相當高的選擇。

Excellent séjour dans cette guest house. Le couple qui nous accueille a été très arrangeant pour notre arrivée. Chambre propre, avec le nécessaire, les locaux propres rien à dire excepté 감사합니다 !
