A bit shocked for how low the rate is for this convenient store.
The staff was managed to assist us purchase the goods we needed even though we used poor Japanese.
There were plenty of seats and sockets so it's good to have a rest there.
There was also an adorable whiteboard, marking local info.

イートインスペースでほっこり。

カウンターで座れるようになってて、それも10席ぐらいあります。
椅子の座り心地も良く、さらにはコンセントも付いていて、ホッとすることができます。
コンビニなので長居はしませんが、それでもピンチの時にコンセント付いてると助かりますし、嬉しい！
喫煙スペースもあったので、タバコを吸う方と吸わない方の分煙ができてます。
店も結構広い方だと思います。新しくて綺麗ですね。店員さんも良い方でした。

ここは以前サークルＫだった店舗が
ファミマになった場所。ゆうちょＡＴＭがおいてあります。イートインは使わないですが買いに行く程度であればちょうどいいかな。オーナーはいいのですが、一部のスタッフは仕事はできても周りを見てない感じ。品揃えはそれなりにあるのでそこはまぁいいかなと。お手洗いはいつもきれいなので、快適に利用できます。それで星３つかな。トイレ汚いファミマ多いので。

店内に喫煙室があるのが印象的です。
Googleの口コミの良い評価は、よっぽどなことがない限り書かないのが普通だと思います。無難な評価も書かないでしょう。
なので、よっぽどのことがあったと思われる10人ぐらいが悪い口コミを書いているので、悪い評価が目立ちますが、その他の人は無難な普通の店だと思っているのでしょう。
要するに、無難な店です。

I have the same complaint as everyone else leaving a review. The old man working the night shift could certainly have a better attitude.

Having been during the day however, the younger guy working the counter at the time was very polite and friendly.

One criticizim about the store itself; they are almost always out of fresh food, save for spaghetti on the bottom shelf or 1 or 2 onigiri. I've yet to go there when they have a decent stock on the shelf.

To be fair, this is a well stocked Family Mart with seating and smoking room. The problem is the staff, the manager or owner (Kobayashi San) is often (not always) short and rude with customers, and apparently with staff given what they've told me (and visible by the high staff turnover), but the worst is the night manager (maybe assistant manager, Mitani San) who has a terrible attitude to customers, like they are a problem not the purpose of a convince store. If your are looking for a combini late night or early morning, a few minutes east on imadegawa, or south on shimadaturi are better to visit.

袋いりますと言ったのに付けてくれなかった。それだけなら特に問題はないですが、皮たれを2本頼んで温めお願いしたのに温めなし。さらに専用の入れ物じゃなくて鶏つくねとかジャンボフランク入れる袋に入れたせいでタレが滲み出てきてるし、つくねとかみたいにテープ貼らずに手で回してしめてるせいで余計にタレでぐちゃぐちゃになりました。接客態度が悪い愛嬌ないとかなら直接害はないのでまだ許せますが、まず入れ物くらいちゃんとして欲しいのと、温め、袋、間違えるくらいなら適当に返事にしないで聞き直して欲しい。普段通ってるので星2にしました

店員さんの態度は口コミ程酷くはなかったですが、お釣りの9000円を返される時数えずにポンっと、トレーに置いて渡されました

sorry but the staff team should change radically.

There is a nice place to eat here, but the customer service is absolutely horrible. They never smile and they downright make you feel unwelcome
