Baisen Coffee

Must visit coffee roaster cafe when you are at Happo. I order a soy milk cafe mocha and the walnut orange peel cake, both are so good. They sell a variety of coffee all over the world and roast the bean themselves.

Cosy comforting cafe with excellent mountain views. Easily the best coffee I have had at Hakuba with coffee Roastery on site and beautifully crafted latte art. The blueberry maple cake is delightful with lots of sweet blueberry and crisp outside layer and soft maple cake inside. Such a nice treat while watching the snow gently fall outside.

Amazing coffee tucked away in Hakuba. They have a variety of drip coffee to choose from, so there is something for everyone. If anyone is serious about their coffee, then they should give this place a go.

One of the best coffee I've tasted in Hakuba. Highly recommend the Colombia gold wash coffee.

Nice single origin coffees. I tried Ethiopia and the aroma is really strong.

I haven’t had such toasty, but also smooth and aromatic cappuccino for a while. The barista also poured beautiful and consistent latte art. Price is definitely on the higher end, but is totally justified by the quality of beans. A truly great specialty coffee roaster and shop.

Fantastic boutique coffee shop. Good range of beans available for drinking and taking home, friendly staff and cozy atmosphere - then there's the incredible views! A must visit.

Apple cake and hot chocolate are worth the trip out to this delightful little coffee shop. It’s co working friendly - there’s a little bar for laptops and very cosy. Seriously though - the hot chocolate. 10/10.

Very good coffee and a great place to unwind. Other than a few sweets, they don't have too many options for food. Otherwise, a cute spot.

My wife and I really like the fell of the cafe. It was calm and the natural wood interior helped add to the feeling of being in the mountains. We had the the raspberry chocolate cake and it was very good with the raspberries being tart and not overly sweet. The coffee does seem a bit pricey but in line with prices offered at other boutique coffee shops.

Note that there does not appear to be a wheelchair accessible entrance and that it's cash only.

Coffee was very very good (Ethiopian beans French Press) though the prices are a bit high

The vanilla cafe is awesome.
I like the relaxing feeling there.
