There is some construction work but the view point is still open. Plenty of space to park on the side of the road.

Very nice and peaceful lake surrounded by lots of nature. Small rivers coming out of Lake Towada was also beautiful. I wanted to stay a night by the lake, but no many hotels were there to welcome that night. Quite far from highway to get there.

Beautiful and tranquil lake. We were too early for the autumn colours but the lake was still really pretty. This area is also quiet which is a big bonus.

The best place to view Towada Lake entirely. The place is located in a secluded place so normally not so many people know this spot. You can also take a good pictures here.

Nice but you need to drive.

Spectacular mega view, quiet location as it didn't seem overly popular with visitors. Got to see and hear some cool birds too.. no doubt makes for a nice place to spend an hour or so just taking in the view and soundtrack (birds and other nature) if weather cooperates.

Very scenic rest area with amazing views of the caldera lake. Clean public toilets. Quite a climb if on bicycle. View worth it.

由「休屋港（乗り場）」搭乘「タクシー」前來大約9分鐘，車子由湖畔幾乎一路上坡爬行，約上升180公尺的高度後抵達此處，此處海拔大約接近590公尺。

景觀台的視野洽到好處，這個角度剛好可以把整個代表十和田湖的景觀（除了東湖外）盡收藏於眼底，由左至右包含:

「西湖、中山半島、中湖、十和田湖與御倉半島」。

除了湖面山色，運氣好時可以拍攝到正準備緩緩環湖的遊覧船，「運転手さん」告訴我們這裡不僅可以觀湖與觀船，在溫差大的早晨還可以看到「うんかい」慢慢由湖面升起，直到太陽出來後才會逐漸散去。

我們在此停留約8分鐘後便前往下個景點，離開前還真希望下次有機會可以目睹低海拔的湖上「うんかい」景緻，接下來走返回路線我們順路回飯店，並前往退房前所安排第五站「三乱の流れ」。

十和田湖がよく見える展望台の1つです。
ここへ到着するまでの道路は木々が鬱蒼としていて見通しもよくないのですが、ピンポイントにここだけは湖方面がよく見えます。

難点は駐車場がないこと。
ただ目の前の道路はバイパスができて交通量が少ないので、短時間であれば路肩に停めても大丈夫そうです。
展望スペースとトイレ以外何もないので、実際問題としてそんなに長居する場所ではないと思いますし。

でも観光バスで団体さんが訪れるのは、さすがに厳しいかな・・・

行ったときはちょうど誰もいないタイミングでした。穴場なのかもしれません。老朽化がすごいですが、いい景色といい雰囲気で良かったです。駐車場はなく、路肩に止める感じでした。

很適合眺望湖景的一個觀景平台，也有附設廁所

2023年7月に訪れました。宇樽部トンネル（国道103号バイパス）が開通した為に人が来なくなり、あまり管理をしていないのか国道103号には枯れ枝や落ち葉がそこら中に落ちていて危険でした。展望台からの眺めは素晴らしく、それでもやはり行く価値はあります。
国道と同様に展望台デッキもかなり痛んでいましたが、いい加減な補修（管理）しかされていないので、もう少しちゃんとした方が良いと思います。どなたかが書いておられるように、公衆トイレもあります。私は入っていないので分かりませんが、こちらもちゃんと清掃や管理がされているのか心配です。駐車場はありませんので、展望台に行く方は路上に車を停めるしかありません。
