What a pleasure to see a fully vegan cafe in a japanese skiing resort!
Their dishes are quite small (better order a couple of things to get full), but tasty nonetheless

I like local food, so I go to this restaurant every time I come to Hakuba, which uses vegetables and rice from the Hakuba area. (I would like to support the local business community to become more active.) The onigiri/rice balls and fried soy meat I had were delicious. I thought the soy latte was a good protein supplement after a workout.

The staff is very friendly.

The best food and service you will get in hakuba. The owner is so lovely. Hot ginger and her soup was incredible and exactly what I needed after a cold day in the mountain. Her sweets are all amazing as well!

Great find- awesome coffee, matcha latte and incredible hot chocolate. Friendly staff and lovely vegan lunch/dinner and cakes/cookies. Visited multiple times during my 5 day trip so I could try everything!

I had a soup and latte, and my friend had a ginger latte. All were excellent! The atmosphere is nice and relaxed compared to the food court upstairs. Would recommend!

What a surprise finding a vegan cafe at the Hakuba snowfield - the set meal of bagel sandwich, soup, and drink is the best option at ¥15 plus tax = ¥16,50. The coffee is good

Nice curry Japanese style..kare Age is fantastic. Lots of cake and cookies option. They have coffee & alcoholic options in drinks. The brown rice was very well flavour. Kare age is soy meat fried bowl is the best to have . The owner is also vegetarian and she helps a lot. Very nice to meet them . And they are just in skijo so its good option after ski. Thank you very much for vegan & vegetarian people .

Best americano I ever had ! Need to come back hungry to try the organic locally grown foods !

GLUTEN FREE!! They have a whole cabinet of brownies, scones, muffins and cookies and all are vegan, and most are gluten free. I tried 4 baked goods and they tended to be light on the sugar, made with high tech quality ingredients - real fruit, nuts etc.
• Apple muffin: 5/5, moist and fluffy
• Sweet potato muffin: 5/5, very moist, nutty
• Matcha brownie: 2.5/5, too dry for a brownie but would be moist for a scone, and the coconut oil or flour overpowered the matcha flavour
• Chai scone: 4/5, very unique flavour good if you like Chai, a bit confusing for me bc it tasted salty

I’ve rated 5/5 as it’s rare to see gf baked goods in Japan, and the muffins were delicious.

在五龍滑雪場入口的Escal Plaza坐下來隨便點了冰拿鐵和Banana Bread，沒想到那咖啡也有充滿層次的酸甜苦味，讓我驚奇不已！
一般來說對滑雪場飲食的期待都很低，能吃到講究的餐食實屬不易，事後發現是純素餐廳，需要身體健康的人可以參考！

オーガニックのお料理で可愛いし美味しく女性にとてもおすすめです(๑´ڡ`๑)
マフィンやブラウニーなどと一緒にお茶するのも良いですよ
ここは焼き菓子がほんとにおすすめ！
テイクアウトもぜんざい以外ならできますよーとの事、ナイター後とか、素泊まりの方はご利用いかがでしょう！
