Komorebi Yoga

Can't recommend this place highly enough. I took a class here in Jan 2019, while 6 months pregnant. The instructor tailored the sequence for me along with the rest of the class, including a young child and a woman fresh off the slopes, and perfectly matched all of our needs. The studio is beautiful, the staff are welcoming and friendly, and the location in Japan's mountains is truly unique. I've been practicing yoga for over 10 years all over the world, and this is definitely one of my favorite studios. Whatever your level or experience with yoga, this is an ideal place to take a class after a days hiking or skiing.

白馬シォイクスピアホテルの中にあるヨガスタジオ。まだ新しくてとても綺麗。壁に描かれたアートも素敵。インストラクターは曜日によって違います。冬の時期の白馬はスキーかスノボ以外特にやる事がないので、天気が悪くてリフト止まったりしたらちょー暇ですw。そんな時にホテルでヨガで心身リフレッシュできます。場所はエコーランドという飲食店などのお店がたくさんある好立地。スノボして、ヨガして、温泉入って、ビール！最高です！
