Great service, we shipped out ski and board gear from Osaka to hakuba, they arrived early. Staff even notified us of the baggage through out the travels. Amazing service

Staff was super friendly and helpful, mad it very easy to transport 5 people's gear totaling 500lbs. All we did was show up and drop it off with no reservation or advanced notice, and everything made it safely to the airport a few days later where we picked it up
