A lovely little cafe with a beautiful atmosphere. The staff are wonderful and the food is good. Couldn't recommend a nicer cafe in Hakuba. Be sure to try the beer!

Oh yes what a fabulous cafe in Echoland. Loved the vibe and the staff were super friendly. Got a rocking cheeseburger and a shrimp katsu sandwich to die for. Really keen to head back and get some more food. Great spot

Ordered a hot chocolate yesterday but my bus showed up as I was waiting so had to get on. The staff came looking for me and gave it to me on the bus just before it left! Such good service!

Nice quiet atmosphere. Haven't tried their breakfast toasties but their lunch burger and wedge crisps and pulled pork sammich hit the spot. The self-serve water delish. The staff absolutely lovely. Just be careful they try to give you too much change back. No photos too focused on eating. Recommend one hundy.

Definitely get the pork cutlet sandwich! It's a work of art (and the staff look like they're artists when preparing it).

The interior was fun, lots of books and art around the cafe. Penguin statues and a basket of blankets in case your legs gets cold while sitting. There are four sets of playing cards on the shelf if you can make friends.

Some staff members can speak English and seem happy to conversate.

The wifi works well and there is a outlet strip underneath one table in front of the cashier but I couldn't find another. So a bit inconvenient due to the fact that I couldn't see my phone while it was charging, but Japanese lifestyle tends to make me think stealing just doesn't happen as often here.

It got quite busy at lunch and the place can fill up fast. There are 5 four person tables, 2 two person tables and 1 small coffee table with two seats. There is outside seating but the weather was too snowy to enjoy on our visit.

The food was well made and balanced. The breakfast was simple and just enough to keep us going throughout the day. The plain bagel sandwich was alright but I would probably just order toast next time. The boyfriend got a waffle set and he had a small saucer of syrup which he seemed satisfied with. There is free ice water but I would recommend getting a warm drink instead.

In the end, we spent a long while in the cafe and ended up ordering a BLT and chili sandwich. The chili sandwich was a bit thin. The boyfriend's BLT on the other hand looked packed with ingredients.

Delicious bagels and coffee! With cute little library, a good place to escape rainy non-snow days for brunch!

Perfect little place to warm up and grab a bite in an area where there isn't alot of options. Limited menu but it's enough. The workers are super friendly too.

Great place and good service. It was freezing today so we spent some time here playing games and eating a variety of food and drinks. It all tasted great.
