White Fox Car Rental - Hakuba

Great service and easy to organise. Do yourself a favour and book a car when in hakuba, much easier to get around and because it’s so cold it’s nice to not have to walk. We also drove to see the snow monkeys which saved us hundreds of dollars.

We rented a van for our stay, were responsive when we arrived off bus, meet us as soon as we arrived at their office. At the end of the hire we were able to leave at bus station where they meet us. Was extra service that just took away the extra stwp of how to get from rental place to bus for driver!

Alex and Megumi were awesome. They were responsive and went out of their way to help us when we met with some difficulty locally. They were patient and kind, will recommended rentals with them for car and their accommodation too!
