White Horse House

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the renovation was on this house. I believe we were the 2nd group to stay since the makeover. It was warm and cosy. The 2 main bedrooms are quite large. The Japanese style one was smaller but had the big cupboard for storage. We spent most of our time at the island bench in the open plan living area. Comfy chairs too. The house is on a quiet street 100 meters from the main drag. Heaps of restaurants and bars close by. The buses stop there too but we opted for the white horse package which included breakfast at their hotel and private shuttles to all the resorts. Overall a 10 out of 10 stay. We have already booked us and another family in there again for next year.

We had a terrific stay at the house. Tony from the White Horse Hotel looks after it so we knew it was going to be good. Would certainly stay again and take the upgrade with breakfast and skimate program at the hotel which is an easy 3 minute stroll down to each morning. Could use the hotel onsen too. The house is comfortable and we really enjoyed hanging around the island bench having a few drinks before heading out to dinner each evening. Heaps of restaurants close by. Beds were comfortable and nice linen. Good kitchen facilities if you want to stay in and cook. Would definitely stay again. Lets hope the borders open up soon.
