Kyoto Nishinotoin-Ayanokoji Post Office

Staff are so kind and patient here! I made many mistakes when shipping a parcel back home but they were lovely and helped me a lot 🙏

This place is a gem. I sent back a box of 25kg souvenirs and the staff helped me every step of the way! I used Google Translate app to ask questions and they had their own translation device to navigate our language barrier. Everyone was so kind. I bought my box from them too :)

今日はドイツに戻ります。2つBoxを持っています。この本の重さは10キロだと思います。次に、10キログのプリンターを持って郵便局に行きました。

最初の郵便局から、保険料を払って京都中央郵便局に行く唯一の方法だと言われました。とてもLuckyなことに、この郵便局に来ました。サービスはとても良いですね。同じ金額の請求をする方法を教えてくれましたが、追加の保険を購入する必要はありません。最も重要なことは、もう京都中央郵便局に行く必要がないということです。これは素晴らしいです。本当にありがとうございました。

1時間後、ドイツに郵便物を転送するのに2回料金かかることを知らなかったのではないかと心配し、説明のために私に電話をしました。今日、本当に嬉しいですね。
