Seed in Kyoto Nijo

Great place to stay, although not right next to the center of tourism area for Kyoto. The hotel is on a traditional grocery street that feels homey and local and hasn’t turned touristy yet. There’s also traditional parades during Gion Matsuri time. Also it’s next to some bus stops and a train stop. Nijo castle is also close by. There are some hidden gem coffee shops around too

One of the most convenient hotels in all of Kyoto. The staff are very friendly, and always willing to help.

Nice place for an extended stay. Comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. Nothing luxurious but that's not their aim.

This is a Residence Inn. Rooms were clean and the view from the 9th floor was great. Our room looked out over the south end of Nijo Castle. The Staff was great, when we checked in early, we were told the rooms were already available even though early (9 am) check-in should have taken place at 3 pm. We placed our bags and went exploring. When we asked about a certain location the desk clerk printed 3 pages of the website for our reservation. The only down falls are there is only 1 room key per room, and if you loose it, it costs 5000 yen ($50. US). You have to take your own trash out and clean (to include vaccum) the room before leaving.

週末料金で周囲のホテルなどに比べたら安い。
部屋も普通のワンルームで、トイレとお風呂は別。
2日間でしたが、タオルはワンセット置いてあります。
ただシャンプーや歯ブラシ類は無いので気を付けてください。自分は慌てて近くのコンビニに買いに行きました。
マンスリーなので、賃貸契約という形になりますので、ホテル感覚でチェックインすると15分程度時間ががかかります。ただ初回のみです。
あと受付が21時までなので、チェックインの時間には十分に気を付けなければなりません。

管理員不會說中文，但非常客氣
可以跟他們拿需要的餐具，自己煮飯吃
飯店就在商店街裡面，商店街裡面也有100元商店。
