I’ve always had a great experience with Mori Motors. Recently had my JCI renewed, fast and easy.

The best experience I've ever had for my first JCI. The best part about the whole experience was that I when I told them I could do my own repairs, the mechanics only fixed what was necessary for me to pass my JCI and any small repairs they put in the comment section for me to work on myself. They really weren't looking to make extra money off of me. In fact, they were excited to know that I could do my own repairs and that right there made the process smoother, and I saved a lot of money in the process. I paid a grand total of $390 or ¥57,415 for my JCI. If you can't speak Japanese, don't worry. Andy is the man with the plan, and I promise you he's not out to stiff anyone for extra cash. If anything, he's simplifies everything for you to make your experience a good. Lastly, they have loaner vehicles!!! That's a game changer.

Andy was incredibly helpful with the JCI process. From providing a rental car, to helping navigate driving in and out of the parking lots, all with clear communication on the estimates and repairs. Highly recommend!

If you need JCI done, this is the place to go. If you think your car won’t pass the first time, save yourselves the headache of going to Foster 30 times and just bring it here. The little extra cost is well worth it. We even got a free loner car while ours was in the shop. This is now going to be the first place I call if I have any car problems. Awesome English speaking staff, highly recommend!

This place is AMAZING!!! I needed to get a new bumper put on and some other minor things. The customer service is great, Andy speaks amazing English and is super friendly. They gave me a free rental while they kept my car and the repairs were done quickly. I was impressed with the work and how quickly it was done and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place to have any repairs done or your JCI. I plan on taking any future repairs for our cars here. This place accepts Yen and Card.

Best place on island! I've been to a few shops and got screwed over but not here. Took my van for JCI and was given a loaner in the meantime. English speaking. I was kept informed the entire time my car was in the shop. Can't recommend them enough.

Speak to Mr. Andy! He is bilingual with proficiency in English and Japanese. Super friendly chap. JCI turn around time was 3 days with a modified car. Be sure to set your car as close to stock as possible before dropping off. Loaner vehicles are available as demand allows. JCI cost my full sized sports car between $500-$600.
