Kyōto Juraku Post Office

Very good service! The staff were friendly and although the establishment is small, it is quite clean.

Though no one at the desks spoke English fluently, we were able to communicate clearly through Google Translate and a device they had that translated spoken Japanese into English. With the addition of a few charades, we were able to cut out quite a bit of the dialogue as well!

There is an ATM inside for convenience, though I did not need to use it as they accept card payments. They also offer bubble wrap (for a small price) and will help you fill out the forms.

All in all, great service! If I ever come back to the same hotel and am in need of a post office, this will be the place I visit.

Very good. The staff was courteous and also gave me very detailed information about my parcel. I liked the place, but it's a bit small to feel comfortable.

千本丸太町と千本旧二条の中間。
機関郵便局では無いので、ゆうゆう窓口とかはなく、1日2回午前と午後に西陣郵便局から集配にやってくる。
急ぐのなら西陣郵便局まで行った方が余程早いです。

いつも撮る外観写真を忘れてしまった。
京都らしいレトロな外観。
さほど混むこともなくスムーズに応対したいただく。

受付の方は丁寧でしたが、
側にいるオッチャンの上司らしき人がお客様対応してる人に対してごちゃごちゃいってた。
お客様対応してる最中に
客の前で怒った口調で喋るのってどーなん？
かなり不快だった。

かなり小さいかな郵便局
無理矢理ATM設置してる感じ。
狭すぎ

難しくて不快な女性がいました。 外国人ゲストはしばしばトラブルを引き起こします

男性職員、店長的な方が、プリンターインク回収業者の方に怒鳴っていました。
業者の方は回収に来ました。と声を掛けて、男性はちょっと待ってや。と言い、業者の方を待たせていました。しかし、業者の方も待ち時間が長いので、もう一度声を掛けると、男性職員は、待てっていってるやろ！などなどの暴言を大声で業者さんに吐き捨て、バックヤードへ。そしてバックヤードでも一人で大声で怒鳴っていました。普通に郵便局を利用しているお客さんもいるのに。
待たせているのは自分なのに、謝罪もなく怒鳴る。本当にひどい対応でした。皆んなが嫌な気持ちになっていたと思います。もうこの郵便局は利用したくないなと思いました。
