Great 1 Michelin Star dining experience. 27,000 yen per person for the tempura set with the additional Wagyu beef and Abalone. Would highly recommend you try this while in town and the tempura is just amazing goood!

Every produce is from within Japan and they explain how each tempura should be eaten (with plain Okinawa salt, tempura sauce, lemon juice, or just by itself) and you be surprised at how it tastes different with each bite you taste.

Special sparkling sake was interesting if you drink so go try it!

Really lovely place. We visited the tempura session which recently earned first Michelin star. With 18000 yen per person, it is not that expensive. Food was good and desert was served in a separate room for us in which they brought a special cake celebrate our honeymoon. For sushi counter, there is a garden view. Maybe we will try it next time.

My husband and I visited their teppan counter for lunch and was served by Isaac & chef Hidetsugu Kaneno.

The food was great, fresh & portion is just nice. Definitely recommending the garlic fried rice & foie gras which we enjoyed very much.

It was a great experience where Isaac is always around whenever we have any query and Chef is super friendly and never fails to share his passion for the food served.

The atmosphere at the teppan area was great and spacious. For the desserts we were moved to the outside dining area which is quiet and private.

A great thank you to Isaac and chef Hidetsugu for making our Osaka trip more memorable and we will definitely recommend and return for dining whenever we're in Osaka.

Quite possibly the best tempura we have had in Japan - and an excellent kaiseki as well. The flavors are generally bolder than in Kyoto but the execution of tempura and frying is elegant. Outstanding service throughout the restaurant and the hotel, pleasant surroundings including a rooftop roof garden on the 5th floor of the Ritz

One of the best places to try Japanese style cuisine. Customer service is the best. The place looks amazing as well..

A beautiful restaurant is located in the luxury hotel Ritz Carlton. Cozy space, there are many sitting options to enjoy, private room, common area, bar seating, barbecue, omakase on site. Garden landscape. Japan is very beautiful. Good service, friendly, delicious food, reasonable price.

鉄板焼で利用。もちろん自分の食べるペースで料理を仕上げてくれる。
ロゼのシャンパンはグラスが空いたらすぐについでくれるので、良い意味でわんこ状態。
コースのお肉が美味しかったので、追加したのはご愛嬌。

天ぷらがたいへん美味しく、お勧め致します。名だたるレストランがこのホテルに複数入っていますので迷いますが、定休日の都合もあって、連泊の場合にはここの天ぷらと、あとは洋食が良いかと。外国の方も多く訪れるお店です。

今餐食豪d去左試米芝蓮餐廳花筐日本料理，我哋由MOXY酒店行過去RITZ-CARLTON都只係10分鐘路程，其實同大阪站行去差唔多啦，入到RITZ-CARLTON 裝修好華麗，好多打卡位😅我哋BOOK 左8:30 pm 食，見仲有時間就周圍望下，好似博物館咁🤣🤣去到5樓嘅呢間餐廳，一入去職員已經好有禮貌咁接待，幫我哋安置好件褸就帶我哋入坐，我哋今次食鐵板燒😄我哋揀左職員推介個SET蘭，有龍蝦同和牛架😍先講飲品，我問職員咩叫RITZ-CARLTON COLA，佢話係酒店特別版可樂，就叫黎試試，係無咁甜似ZERO🫢
SET 蘭菜單：
1. 燒牛肉配海膽，海膽好甜好滑👍🏻
2. 鵝肝，煎得香脆油香
3. 龍蝦，上枱時仲郁緊，新鮮（個殼會用黎煮湯嘅）
4. 沙律
5. 4款燒野菜（牛蒡，甜薯，茄子，菇菇）配上不同醬汁加鹽一齊食👍🏻
6. 近江和牛（我地要左一份西冷，一份牛柳），唔同口感，滿口牛香😋
7. 和牛炒飯，茶漬飯（食到呢度已經飽喇，雖然係好好食，都食唔哂成碗飯喇，不過都KO 咗個湯😙）
8. 師傅見我哋都飽，問我哋ready 食甜品未，我哋話OK 呀🤣，跟住師傅拎支泡泡槍出黎，加d Lemon Juice 落去個奶凍度，打卡一流，另外個cake 似心太軟，好rich 朱古力，最後配埋杯咖啡 perfect😌

食食下師傅同職員攞左1件廚具出黎考我哋，大家都睇下，佢話塊板重覆刻咗同一組字但係有一組係錯嘅，搵唔搵到😂

2023年8月3日 今晚在日本料理 花籃享用的是鐵板燒料理。食材很新鮮、服務也好。很值得去品嚐。

お正月休みに伺いました。
素材の一つ一つのお味も引き立った炙りで、美味しく頂きました。日本酒とも合い、新年から華やかな雰囲気で良かったです。
