Apple Marunouchi

I have visited the Apple Store on numerous occasions. Today, I encountered three individuals who were all extremely courteous, but I recall only one name, Carlos. She is not Japanese but an English speaker with excellent communication skills. If you require assistance in English, I would recommend approaching her directly. She is extremely patient and has a remarkable ability to provide excellent customer service.

I had an awesome customer service by two employees, a Japanese and a guy from California. (I'm so sorry that I had forgotten your names and I really regretted it). Both of you were so nice and friendly with me, helping me out and trying your best with my enquires if its possible to deduct my Suica card from my TnG E-Wallet instead of my debit card. I really enjoyed our short chat we had and it's a memory I'll hopefully never forget. Thank you very much!

My phon was dead, I thought i would lost in Tokyo. Wireless charge in store was super slow, staff gave me new portable charger to speed process and ask to calm and relax on sofas. Amazing, I have never been less stressed haha

We walked in to get an iPhone, and Echo assistant is with all our needs. The store is huge (2 levels), and they have everything Apple provides.

Went here to have my iPhone 12 Mini’s battery and screen replaced.

Because I had Apple Care, I barely paid anything (about 3000 yen for the screen replacement service).

I had to reschedule a couple of times but it was very convenient.

It took 2 hours to fix so I went to a cafe to read a book. You can also walk around the area and do some shopping.

I wasn’t sure which laptop to purchase. Naomi helped me to decide and she gave me suggestions. She was very friendly and very helpful. I’ll definitely go to Apple Marunouchi again for my next purchase.

Very friendly staffs, English speaking staffs are there, I got a MacBook, the process was very smooth and quick. In 20 minutes I was able to get my Mac 💻. Am very happy with the service provided.

Visited on 4th October 2023 evening without any appointment as my phone was blackout suddenly and I have morning flight next day. I was told that I need to have appointment or have to wait 1 hour for them to assist me as there are manage customers . But, I forgot to take note of staff name, so kind of him that he took some spare time to have a look at my phone and helped to reboot not even after 10mins of waiting. It worked. I know it was very small task but it helped for tech noob like me. Thank you very much team.

Went to the store to find out if they would do a tax refund if I bought a Mac. Sadly they don't, however, the staff member I spoke to was great. These guys are on their feet all day speaking to people and I think the other reviews about customer service being bad are harsh.

Joined the store opening celebrations today from 10 AM ... there was a very long queue for entering the store. I guess a few thousand people lined up to have a glimpse and receive the celebratory gift from Apple on this occasion.

Staff members were busy handling excited customers. I made my first purchase - everything went well.

Overall great location, great products and excellent service!!

Staff was friendly even towards my kid, and also very helpful to an extent that he recommended me to purchase some items outside the stores for tourists to enjoy the tax free !

Went in without a reservation and was helped within 10 minutes (Friday morning).
Very nice and efficient service (we had to switch between Eng and Jap).

The Japanese staff at Apple store amazed me by his attitude when he was presenting how to take a nice picture by iPhone 14 camera with no one. He was keep talking with himself even no one listening him, only the empty chairs in front of him. It’s quite weird but it shows how Japanese work with the highest attitude and responsibility.

Accidentally broke my iPhone on my holiday in japan and they fixed it on the same day. Amazing service and I didn't have an issue speaking English too

I went to take in my MacBook Pro for repair a few days ago. It seemed like they were taking COVID-19 extremely seriously—a very limited number of people were allowed in at one time, they had temperature checks and hand sanitizer at the entrance, and the staff made sure we weren't in close proximity with any of the other customers—which was very good to see.

This 5 stars review is for John (Taishi) who helped me with my broken phone and set up a new one. The kindest person! Give them the biggest raise 🙌🏾

The security is tough. You have to wait or make an appointment ahead to be able to go inside. I came in to ask help for my iPad settings and I am very satisfied with the great customer service of both the security staff and technical staff/engineers especially Satoshi-san! Thank you very much, Apple Marunouchi🙏😌 I will definitely buy my next apple device here!
