Sunshine City

My New Year visit to Tokyo's Sunshine City Mall was exceptional. The mall's atmosphere was buzzing with festivity, making the shopping experience even more enjoyable. The variety of excellent shops catered to all my needs and interests, offering both quality and variety. Additionally, the dining options were fantastic, with great restaurants serving delicious cuisine. Sunshine City Mall provided the perfect blend of shopping and dining, making my New Year's experience truly special.

Fun place to shop and explore, but I prefer to stay away during the weekends. It gets very busy. The observation deck is nice. On a clear day you'll get to see Fuji-san.

In one fantasy toy mall. Marvel in the basement, Garchapon, Pokemon, Disney, all sorts of drinks and food stalls.

Go visit and give yourself at least 4-5hrs there including a meal. So much to explore. If you are also visiting the aquarium, you will need even more time!

World largest capsule store is here. And there's a pokemon center. Great place if you are a fan of anime and gacha! There's a mini aquarium here with otters and penguins. Best place to explore if you haven't!

They have tons of stores with cute clothes and accessories! And they have plus size clothes as well oj the first floor at pure. Was here more than once.

Great place to spend time with your loved ones and family too.. there is play area for kids too.. they even have a cafe and washrooms 😃 It's located on 60th floor which has awesome view of the City

Went to Suncity for the Namco/Bandai shop early on a Sunday. Usually getting in early pays dividends on the crowd front.. not at Suncity. 9 am saw big waves of people getting in for Christmas shopping. Easy place to navigate and clean shops

If you like Pokemon, Gundam, Ultraman, Kamen Rider, japanese Gatcha machines, look no further. This mall has something for every lover of japanese pop culture. If you get tired, stop by Pikachu Cafe for fanmade soda and sweets. Heaven for Pokemon fans at Pokemon and Pokemon Go Centers all located on the same floor.

This was a large mall with a lot going on. Lots of shops, lots of food, and live performances. The outdoor gardens were amazing and we really enjoyed the rooftop aquarium. There was also a planetarium that we didn’t visit.

amazing for anime and ghibli fans and not too full on weekends! but if you come for the „mugiwara store“ come early because there is a line in front, they only let a certain amount of people inside.

I went there for the pokemon mega store, it was incredibly crowded i think because of the new year eve but the store and the mall in general was very nice. Not every store was crowded like Pokemon. You can find anything you search. Various places to eat. In every store the staff was very friendly. Recommended.

This is one of the better Ghibli stores I think - bigger than the one on Tokyo station and not so crazy. They also often have seasonal items.

Fun place with the first pokemon stop in the poke centre. Very fun pokemon store. Also has a whole floor of gatcha machines. Recommend visiting here for cute things.

You can spend a whole day and not able to see everything in this center. On a 39C. My family spend the day inside with cool AC. There are many stores and food choices. For a few there is an observatory. For Pokémon and One Piece, better to visit on weekdays to avoid the crowd.

you can realistically spend an entire day here, and they have something for everyone no matter the age or interest.

This is another place to go if you're a nerd and a weeb like myself. They have the Pokemon center here, as well as a full on One Piece store. The choice of food at the higher floors are also worth checking out.

Nice slow mall to take the kiddies to. Pokémon is on the 2F floor. Small selection of food here but tasty

Basement level has many shops for clothings and accessories. Remember to check out top level for the new Bandai Namco cross store opened in 2023, very big with many merchandise.
