We came at 5pm and there was no queue to exchange our passes for the next day (you can ask them to activate it on any day, doesn’t need to be for that day!)

The staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and spoke ok English. After exchanging our passes for the next day he reserved us seats on all the trains we needed for our travels.

Staff was friendly and helped me purchase a bullet train ticket. The staff member that assisted me spoke fairly good English. I got fairly good using the ticket machines during my stay but since this was a more expensive ticket it was nice just being able to buy it from a person so I knew I got the right one.

Nice staff very helpfull some find it difficult to speak English but they are always eager to help. Best Railway servise I ever had.

Sangat bermanfaat, jam buka dan tutup terlama selama saya di jepang blm pernah ktmu jr ticket counter yg buka selama ini dan bukanya pun dr pagi2 buta. Jd ngga perlu takut kl ngga sempet mlm2 reserve seat, bisa bsk pagi nya

Tukar Jr pass dr klook dibw kejepang dituker disini yaa tutup sampai jam 8 malam....kalau kartu ga bs digesek jg bisa tuker minta baru di loket ini dengan membawa paspor

JR東海の窓口です。週末は比較的すいているようです。平日は混雑していますが、週末は穴場かなぁと思います。
