My fellow bald friends, this is the place for you. They shave you with razor carefully and let your head soft as baby skin! They do an incredible work with your beard too. Been getting shaves + beard trims in many parts of the world, nothing beats the quality in Miyagi Barber shop honestly. Very affordable prices too. Music is also dope!

For full disclosure, prices were increased this month from 2500 to 3000¥ which is entirely fair for the excellent quality of cut and attention to detail. All the barbers are skilled and they always have great music on. Reservations highly recommended (required on weekends) and only available by phone. I'll miss this place.

This Barber Shop does great work! Highly recommend, if you are looking for a high-quality haircut. It’s more expensive than a haircut on base, but you can see and feel the difference. They are popular, so I recommend calling ahead to make a reservation. I’ve had my hair cut by all of the barbers, and all were solid. Check ‘em out! 🤙😎🌴

Great cut for every kind of head. As African American, we're particular about how and who cuts our hair, and as military we always have to figure out where good barbers are, but this place is really solid. Go to the owner or the chair next to him, I can vouch for those two.

Update: I've now been there multiple times and they're always courteous and on time, however, I have been noticing some of the more vulgar rap music being played at times when I'm there. I will say I'm not sure if they change it if kids are there, but understand that possibility if you have kids or don't like music like that. I wouldn't say it's very bad or noticeable, but it's worth mentioning.

Best barbers I have seen in my year in a half in Okinawa. They take their time and their work is done to perfection. My son loves coming here to get shaped up before going back to school. Excellent customer service as well. They can count on us as forever customers.
