Great service, very helpful, staff speak English, they help me post a box to Europe in just a few minutes. Highly recommend!

쇼핑을 하다보니 좀 많아져서 다음 여행지까지 들고다닐 수 없을 것 같아 물건들만 먼저 EMS로 한국에 보내려고 방문했습니다. 직원분들이 번역기 돌려가며 친절히 도와주셔서 잘 발송했습니다.
참고로 11kg 5kg 로 나눠서 총 2박스 EMS로 보냈구요
박스구매비용 포함 2만엔 조금 넘게 나왔습니다.
어플로 송장 기입해야하고 품목 및 수량 가격 등 빠짐없이 기재하느라 시간은 한 시간 정도 걸렸습니다.

本当にとっても丁寧で寄り添ったご対応をいただけて、びっくりしてしまいました。お名前を拝見すれば良かった…若めの男性の方です。ただ荷物を出すだけのつもりが、ホンワカとした気持ちになりました。ありがとうございます。今回は父の日の贈り物でしたが、また今度大切なものを送るとき、利用いたします。次にお会いできたら改めて感謝したいです。

局員さんも丁寧です。

貯金窓口も17時まで営業しています。

ATMは三台あり。

Staff are lovely and helpful. It's great that it is open seven days a week.
However, it is very hard to find and not clear on a map. It was only thanks to the other reviews that I was able to find it. So a big thanks to people previously explaining.
To confirm the post office is located on 7th floor of the shopping centre. It's in the back corner. I think it would be best to get directions to the Nintendo Store and go from there as it's on the same floor :)

Very nice employees. But one star minus because it is very hard to find the office. You have to go into the shopping mall, up to the 7th floor and than in the back corner. A little bit hidden.

Really nice employees, but it really is hard to find. I would not have found this without reading previous reviews or the help of the staff in the shopping centre
