Gold's Gym Ginza Tokyo

It's a good gym with lots of equipment and it accepts foreigners to work out with a day pass. I worked out around midnight for a couple hours. It's expensive and you need a change of shoes.

Came for a workout during my japan trip. It was relatively inexpensive to workout for a day. Staff is friendly and nice. The gym is very clean and has a lot of equipment. If you are from the US there are some rules you might not be use to so be prepared to respect that.

Very few gyms in Tokyo offer 1 day work outs for travelers. Gold's Gym is one that does and has the experience to take a Japan Gym Novice to a Veteran in one visit. Bring your passport and a little Google Translate and you'll be all set. Check if your hotel has an affiliation with the Gym for a cool discount. I stayed at Keio Presso Tokyo Station, right down the street.

Great gym. Receptionist was busy so I understand why they get bad reviews but whatever. Gym has tons of space and lots of weights. Not very busy here on a Thursday night. Clean. Expensive though but muscles are worth it

Works if you want a proper lifting experience

Exactly what you want when you're touristing in Tokyo for a few days and don't have time to explore the local gym options. Full selection of all the essential weights machines, you will get a decent workout here unless you are a monster powerlifter. Take a pair of indoor shoes - as in shoes never worn outside your gym - to work out in, also make sure you can cover all your tattoos for your workout. Also there is a vending machine for water but no fountain/bubbler and you can buy protein drinks too. If you are a 'gram addict please respect the selfie rules and only photograph in the designated zones. Otherwise it is very much like a western gym with the typical ratio of gym bros, half-reppers, roid monsters and old geezers.

Love this gym, big, many windows, lots of equipments, good music, love the big hot bath in the locker room !!….highly recommended

If you're into resistance training, gold's have the best equipment in Tokyo.

Though expensive for visitors, they have adequate equipment. Just a little crowded around 6 pm.

先ず、受付の女性スタッフがとても親切で素晴らしいです。また利用したい思えるほどです。

銀座中央は受付の方の対応は口コミの通りだったので、銀座東京はかなり好印象でした。

設備はかなり充実しており、
中央の1.5-2倍ぐらい多いと思います。

平日の午前という事もあり空いていたので、圧迫感もなく、設備が多い分待ちもなく快適にトレーニングできました。

周辺のジムはいくつか利用させて頂いておりますが、私にとってはここが最高でした。

전형적인 일본 헬스장 다양한 기구가 있고 문신이 있으면 이용 금지 그리고 핸드폰 촬영과 사용 금지

자체 상품도 많고 음료나 음식도 판매함

입장료는 3,000엔입니다.

デッド プール2に遭遇、びっくり、唖然、咄嗟にiPhone撮影、超でかいトラックが小さく見えた

2015/4..東京転居すぐジム探し、体験3店目にゴールド銀座東京へ、トレーニングメカは各店大差なし、スタジオプログラムの豊富なことに驚く…ジムに社交ダンスあるなんて感激！20代前半競技ダンス💃結婚でやめ…40年位踊っていない…なんだか胸がドキドキ…嬉しかった。
女史先生は丁寧にフットワークを教えてくださり…シャドウの後...女史先生と1:1で踊る。1ヶ月毎にラテンとスタンダード種目が変わる。12月はルンバ、1月はタンゴです。水曜日14:15〜60分。

ピラティスのK田先生は優しく厳しく…体幹を鍛える事…筋肉のしくみ等を教えてくださる。
ヨガもインストラクターが多く、曜日毎に、違うヨガ習得可能。毎日ヨガしてました...週1のヨガ教室に行くよりも効率的で良い感じです。

とても広く、ラックが多くて待たずに済む！
風呂もあり良かったです。

ほぼ毎日利用してます。
日暮里〜品川くらいのエリアで一番設備が良いジムです。
もっと銀座〜大塚の間に店舗を増やして欲しい。

ビジターで利用しました。

・更衣室からジムエリアまでの廊下が長いです
・更衣室はとても広く、ロッカーは4桁の番号を設定するダブルロック？でした(少しめんどくさいです)
・女性専用スペースの充実度がすごい、スミスマシンまであるのは始めてみました、また鏡も全方向あり後ろ姿が確認できるのが嬉しいです
・マシンの間の感覚にゆとりがあり、広々とした印象でした、合トレにも良さそうです
・日差しが入り開放感がある
・ストレッチスペースは端の方にありゆったりできる空間の印象です
・シャワールームが密閉ドア式で圧迫感を感じました、シャワーエリアから浴槽までの廊下も長いです

個人的にはこちらの女性専用スペースはとても好きです。
ただ移動の廊下が長いこととロッカーの解除が多少手間なのが気になってしまいました、、、
