7 floors here (if you consider B1 as a floor? 😅). The floor directory is attached as first photo!!

B1 Muji Diner:
There was nothing spectacular about the Tea Time Dessert & Drink to charge 1,500 yen for it. 3 small pieces of cake + drink of your choice, was a big disappointment.

Interior Design is very aesthetic, staff very polite.

Very impressed by the huge variety of food here, as well as clothes and furniture. Example there is naan being sold 😂😂

One thing to note that the price might be slightly higher as compared to other shops or convenience stores that carry their products. This might be due to the location of the shop (rent more expensive). If it is a product you can get elsewhere, then maybe can take note to check out first if near where you stay before coming here to buy.

Tax free is at 4th floor, from 11am - 830pm.

It is a large, six-storey complex.
Surprisingly, apart from the fact that it has everything, the restaurant on the ground floor and the atelier on the top floor are very nice to browse around.
If you're meticulous enough, there's enough here to keep you exploring all afternoon.
The atelier on the top floor also has free exhibitions, which are a treat for the eyes and ears at the same time.

A cool place for Muji fan located in Ginza, 3 mins from Yurakucho station.
They have various products of Muji from coffee shop to all types of products by Muji brand. The display is also very stylish and “muji”.
The free-tax corner is on 4th floor which is always crowded, and only applicable for purchase of over 5500 yen ( tax include).

You can find everything from MUJI at this flagship store here.

If for tourists, tax free can be arranged, tax free counter closes at 8.30pm, though make sure to allow sufficient time for the long queue.

Price reference of MUJI 75L suitcase. Based on exchange rate in March/April 2024. It costs around HK$1,310 (after tax free) in Japan, versus 🆚 getting the same suitcase in Hong Kong for HK$1,980.

the place is soo big, you can also get tax free in floor 4. I regret that come to Muji in the last day I'm in Japan, because the goods is good, food and beverages all interesting and quite cheap.

amazing muji store, so many floors!! Nice they had a whole restaurant in the basement and on the ground floor there were fresh fruits and veggies. Even a bakery and a smoothie bar where you could even get icecream.

Found my new favorite store!! It has numerous floors of everything you didn't know you needed. 4th Floor is tax free but you have to spend over 5,000 Yen to get tax free. Lots of things to pick from so getting to that number is a breeze, great place to grab gifts. I loved looking at everything and will be back for sure.

Very nice store. I've been to other Muji stores and this one seemed to have a broader selection. Each floor had something different. It is an interesting mix between the following stores familiar to those from the US: Ikea, The Container Store, 5 Below

A great shopping experience in just one store , MUJI is always one of my favorite store in the USA but to visit the largest store in Tokyo is another level , it’s a 6 story building contain from hotel , bakery , grocery , cafe , diner and of course clothes & home shopping . It’s a must to visit if you are in Tokyo .

Great place for skincare and hair care. They also sell household items and clothes, all for a reasonably affordable price. My favourite thing here is their scented oils. The wood is my favourite. The top floor also has a hotel.

A large Muji store - fair enough to call it as the flagship store. There’s even a hotel on top of the store. There are restaurant at the basement (albeit, rather small and expensive), and there are a small coffee shop for you to sit and work at lv. 3. My favorite part is the urban planning display on the top floor. Very unique and entertaining.

Fantastic stop in Ginza! Such a fun and unique shopping experience. 6 floors of so many things to look at. From a bakery to grocery section to juice bar.. the list goes on! There are so many services and everything you may need for your home.

Highly recommend grabbing a couple of Muji bakery goods to snack on and then venturing off to look at the snacks. These are things that you’re not able to do in North American muji stores.

Great shopping experience. I love this shop! There is a 2-storey Muji in London, and this one is taken to another level - with exactly 6 levels. Great selection of drinks, I wish there were more vegan snacks. Nice art exhibitions upstairs, super friendly staff!

I’ve always love shopping at the Muji stores when I’m in Japan and Asia. I had purchased two pieces of luggage from their online store. However, I really wanted a larger suitcase and had never been to the flagship of Muji store in Ginza. I went there on my recent trip to Tokyo and found they had a wide selection of luggage. I especially like this dual wheel caster on the luggage that makes it very easy to maneuver through airports, etc. People have mistaken my Muji brand luggage for the popular Away brand luggage when I’m traveling. I don’t think it’s any less expensive than Away, but I really like the Muji brand. This flagship store has a tremendous amount of variety of goods, and I must’ve spent hours there, just looking around and purchasing a few things. I was also surprised to learn that the store has a “Muji diner“ and a Muji hotel on the top floor! I highly recommend visiting this flagship store in Ginza for anyone traveling to Tokyo!

There's a dining area in the basement, shopping from the first floor onwards. What I found rather unique here is that they have a tea blending bar. I bought quite an amount of tea from here.

Fantastic shopping experience, multiple stories with a cafe, tea-blending Station, and spotless bathrooms. Absolutely love the small museum at the top. Would love to be back to stay at the Muji Hotel!

Name me a more aesthetic store on this planet, seriously.

If I lived in Tokyo I would live and die in this store, it has everything, at very good prices, in the most sublime packaging. As it is I couldn’t take the entire store in my suitcase but damn if I didn’t try my best.

It is the king of all Muji stores because all the things, as in everything, that Muji has to offer are in this building. You can dine and drink here, have your hair done, appreciate art, stay the night, and go shopping the next day. It is a wonderland for loyal customers.

That said, things can get chaotic from the influx of people so you might not be able to eat, shop and move around at your leisure.

Lots to do at this Muji flagship - there is a bakery, a restaurant, a market for snacks and fresh produce, a gallery/exhibition space, a muji-outfitted hotel, a tea reading lounge, and of course, the typical shopping floors filled with muji home and office products. we tried the octopus carpaccio snack pack - delicious!
