Anytime Fitness Higashi-Ginza

What a great gym, very clean, equipment well cared for, Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. 24 hour access, is never crowded or busy,very nice selection of free weights , machines and cables. Lots of treadmills and a few bikes. Great location, across the street from the Ginza Courtyard, mile from Tokyo station and Tokyo station Courtyard. Downside - if your a visitor they do not offer day passes, if you are a frequent business traveler to Japan and looking for a gym, with anytime fitness you pay whether or not you are there for a month. It would be real nice if they were a little more flexible on their membership structure

Although the gym itself is quite small and it can get pretty packed during peak times, the staff here are very considerate and well managed. I left my work ID one day and after calling them the next morning, they searched the entire gym for me, found the ID, and kept it safe until I came back 2 days after. Hard not to give 5-stars for that.

ジム自体初めてですが、FOがあるのでマシンの使い方がわからないという方も利用しやすいと思います
またフリーウェイトエリアが奥にあるのでマシン利用、有酸素マシンは手前にあるので比較的通いやすいです！
僕は男性のスタッフの方に丁寧にアドバイスをいただきながら教えていただきました！その節はありがとうございます！
都内では中規模とのジムのことで僕自身にはここで充分です！
地下なのでモバイル回線は使用できず、AFのWi-Fiを利用しています
店内は見学した店舗と比べて綺麗だと思います！

髪の長い女性スタッフに注意されたのか恨みを込めたコメントが見られますが、自分が4年近く通っている印象だと、注意されている人達はマナーや規則違反な人達。普通にトレーニングを楽しんでいる人達からしたら有り難さしかありません。そのスタッフの方は夏の暑い日には熱中症対策用の飴を置いていたり、色々と心配りをしてくれている優しい方だと私は認識しております。また、ジム自体も常に綺麗ですし、シャワールームは温風が出るように変わりました。何かあったのかも知れませんが、負の感情は強いのでクチコミでは目立ちます。いいエニタイムだと私は思いますよ！

エニタイムフィットネスの中では設備は良い方だと思う。場所柄、ビジネスマンなどマナーが良くアクティブな方が多く、雰囲気も良い。

ビジターでお邪魔しましたが非常に綺麗なジムで感激しました。またお邪魔します。
