The best service I ever received in an Apple Store. I mean staff are very nice everywhere I go (tried several countries) but this store was FAR the best experience I had. Stupid kind staff from security to sales people. Thank you soo u for your kindness and care 🙏🏻

Great customer service at apple Ginza store. Since we are in the middle peak Covid cases of omicron, reservation is required if you need staff to explain you otherwise if you have decided on the model and just need to buy and go. It will only take 10 minutes.

There is a shortage of silver color MacBook Air, when I called the store before visiting they told stock is not available. When I went to store and told I prefer silver and if not available space grey would do. Some how staff brought the product and within 10 minutes we were out of the shop.

This is my second visit to this store in last 4 years. I felt Customer service is outstanding.
as it was raining today the shop person near the exit was personally putting and removing umbrella covers for customers.

Not their largest store but good if you know what you want to buy. Staff is incredibly helpful.

If visiting from abroad - note that Apple has stopped doing VAT refunds. And given all other stores do it in store, the process at the airport is cumbersome. So you will not be able to get the added 10% advantage. Not that before going.

People are super cool, but sometime, they are not able answer simple technical question that they have to made us to wait in 2 hours to get our answer.

Too crowded too that the apple store staffs are too wondering what the heck with people coming with simple questions, but hey, that’s what and where you need to add value by being the champion on your product and empower the customers to use your product in full utilization

The Apple Store at Marunouchi was very impressive. Its facade had a touch of Japanese vibe to it. Easy 5-minute walk from Tokyo main station. Spent about 2 hours just admiring the interior and all the available Apple products there. Definitely worth a visit if you are at Tokyo station area.

One of the best Apple stores I have been in. Very clean design and layout across several floors. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Wad there during the first week of the iPhone 11 launch. Lineup to get into the store but they did have one available depending on the size and model.

The service was good, the store's location was convenient, and it wasn't overly crowded. Despite this, I had my device replaced, although they weren't clear on the issue.

We were in and out in 15 mins. Got the new AirPods Pro 2 and a watch strap. Staff was super friendly and helpful

Went to the genius bar there to replace my broken MacBook screen. Appreciate the quick service.
Also, they were kind enough to replace my touch bar for free!

You will definitely notice the building if you go to Ginza. It was SO CROWDED, probably because everyone want to buy the newest iPhone, like i did. All the staffs were super friendly, english spoken and nice. Bought the phone less than 15 mins — pretty fast service!

This is one of the best apple store in Japan, since there is an excellent service with English and other language speaker standing by to assist you in any issues. I bought my iPhone 11 pro yesterday here at the Ginza Apple Store. One option if you don’t want to wait in line for hours to buy the product. I recommend you to buy it in apple store than select to receive at your nearest convenient Apple. Then you won’t have to wait in line, in fact I was able to go right in and receive my new product in just about 5 minutes and I was out of the store! Which is why I have given 5 stars this time, I called the store earlier to ask how long was the wait. They actually suggested me to buy it only so my process will be much smoothly! Thumbs up!

I went here for a new computer because my PC broke the night before and I needed something reliable asap. I went for a MacBook and the customer service I received was phenomenal. They answered all mu questions and concerns.

Super fast service which i like and very surprising which is may be because we made reservations before we go there directly
But too expensive for repairing any apple gadget if you don’t have apple care

Best Apple Store outside US in Japan

Came here to get a new MacBook power cable. Service was super fast even though I walked in, and the staff was very kind. It was a pleasant encounter.

Excellent service! I had accidentally ordered a MacBook Pro with a Japanese keyboard instead of a US one. Hoche, one of the stuff, was quick enough to ask me if I actually wanted a Japanese keyboard. When I realized my mistake he helped get it reimbursed and changed to a US keyboard and within 10 minutes the whole transaction was performed with me being charged twice and wait days for a refund. If hadn’t not noticed and pointed that out, it would’ve taken much longer to get the exchange!

I didn’t have an appointment so I had to line up but once inside everything was a breeze. Managed to buy my daughter’s iPhone in about 10 minutes. Staff assigned to me (yes! 1 staff is assigned per customer) was so nice. I think her name is Sumalia. Thanks so much!
