Cool Big Camera shop. They have a large variety of household appliances at good price - they are mostly new goods which have been displayed in other Big Camera shops, hence they are kind of "refurbished". What surprised me was that they have many snacks and drinks at very low price (some even cheaper than Donki). If you recently moved to Tokyo and are in search of a place to buy the household appliances at a low price , give this place a chance before going to Recycling Shops! They have LG TVs, it you don't like Japanese brands. The time I went there, they even had an LG wallpaper TV for half the usual retail price.

Excellent place to buy cheap electronics. Most of the electronics in this store are floor models so they are much cheaper than regular retail price. If you want to buy used video games, they are on the 5th floor.

Traveling and my laptop crashed, a friend recommended Bic Camera East Outlet store in Ikebukuro to purchase a used computer to get me through the rest of my working trip.

Speaking only English store staff located a translator that assisted in understanding options to purchase a refurbished laptop. I was told that the computer would need Microsoft Office upload and English conversion. It would take about 3 hours so needing a functioning computer I made the purchase. The staff immediately assisted in uploading Microsoft software while adding up the cost of the computer and software. Within an hour staff finished uploading the software and I was out the door with a working computer. Much thanks to the staff at Bic Camera East Outlet store In Ikebukuro for their outstanding service!!!!

Second hand equipment in mint condition. Employees didn't spoke english but pointing and Google translate was enough.

There are things really cheap but look at them really well. Try everything.

It has used phones, laptops and cameras on the 3rd floor and games and gaming devices on the 4th floor.
