As an American who speaks only a little Japanese, it can be stressful to communicate sometimes. I’m sad I forgot to ask for her name but I think it was 上田san (medium length brown hair cute staff) who so kindly greeted me and helped me with pairing clothes for over 30 minutes despite the language barrier. I’m taking stars off because the male clerk was definitely not welcoming. I saw him chatting much differently with Japanese customers. Even when he helped me with paying, he said ありがとうarigatou to me with an arrogant attitude which is way too impolite to say to a customer. What did I do to you?
