Stay SAKURA Kyoto TSUBAKI

It's one of the most spacious hotel in Japan with a washing machine and drying room indoors.
It's very clean, quite and it has no weird smell indoors.
They also has ventilation system and aircon/ heatpump which is fantastic.
It also has induction cooker, pot, pan, water boiler, microwave and fridge.
The only caveat is that it's quite far from any tourist attractions. The nearest train is 1km away but there are some bus stops nearby going to popular places such as gion district.

The Good:
- The room was spacious!
- Location is not too bad if your adventurous, 6 min walk from Toji station. 2 min walk from Rajomon bus stop can take you to arashiyama, inari shrine, kyoto station etc.
- Lawson, Family Mart and 7-i are all situated on your walk back from Toji station
- There was a heating device in the shower room to dry your clothes. Dried all our clothes in 8 hours after washing.
- There were laundry pods and washing machine in the room.
- The room was very very clean. Almost spotless. The toilet especially. I love the toilet.
- There were enough towels provided for our 5 day stay
- Very very good kitchen facilities, the provided utensils as well and a microwave.

The Bad:
- Bed is slightly stiff.

Good place to stay. Around 15 minutes by bus to Kyoto Station. The bus stop is close to the hotel. Free coffee and tea in the reception. Pillows were a bit hard but we managed.

Me and my friends would definitely recommend this hotel. We were accommodated perfectly from staffs(who can communicate well), well maintained facilities, and convenient location (since it’s quite near from tourist spots). The place would make you feel comfortable and at ease after a long travel. So, highly recommended for groups and family who would like to travel in Kyoto, Japan.☺

Great rooms!

Ótimo custo benefício, perto da estação do Shikansen com acesso fácil aos ônibus de Kyoto, restaurantes e conveniência muito próximo.
Os quartos são ótimos amplo e com cozinha, banheiro amplo e com Ofurô e máquina de lavar roupa.

部屋の構造が唯一の欠点。無理矢理改装したようで、隣の部屋とドアで繋がっています。もちろん鍵はかかっていますが少し気になりました。
掃除は少し甘いですね、使用済みタオルが残っていたりコップが洗われていなかったりと至らない部分もありましたが、総合的には補って余りある満足感はありました。
部屋には洗濯機に洗剤もあり、浴室乾燥機能も付いています。長期滞在にもバッチリです。簡易的なキッチンがあり、洗面台に食器、包丁、IHコンロ、ポット、電子レンジ、冷蔵も完備されており、近所に深夜まで営業しているスーパーもあります。
フロントにはコーヒーサービスがあり24時間自由に飲むことができました。
場所は少し不便でどの駅からも歩くと20分弱かかります。バス停が近くにあるのでバスをうまく使えば観光にも困ることは無いと思います。

東寺や京都駅まですぐ行けるし、お部屋もアパート式で各部屋に洗濯機(洗剤つき！)や浴室乾燥機も付いてて、なおかつキッチンもある！お鍋や炊飯器も貸してくれる！そしてそして、フロントにはコーヒー&お茶、紅茶が無料で自由に飲める‼
スゴくすごーく良かった✨

以前stay sakuraさんの別施設に宿泊し素敵だったので今回はこちらをよやくしてみました。
部屋が綺麗で設備も充実しており快適でした。
周辺が静かだったので、音が気になる私にはとても過ごしやすかったです。
ホテルから歩いて6分くらいにあるルパンベーカーズというパン屋がとても美味しかったです。
また京都に来た際は別施設にも泊まらせていただきます。
