Had been snowboarding for x4 days consecutively. On day two, I slipped a disc and had a lot of tension on my L3 and L4.

When I limped into Hakuba Physio day 4, I wasn’t able to undu my shoe laces from a standing position. By the time Physio Therapist Harley worked his magic, I was able to touch my toes again!

I am SO PLEASED I decided to get treatment. Rosie treated a torn calf muscle for me after a small fall skiing. I wasn't sure I 'needed' physio treatment but it has been well worth it. Rosie provided me with various supports to improve my recovery and set clear boundaries as to what the week/s ahead could involve so I could get back to skiing as soon as possible, safely.
She is friendly, professional and caring. I highly recommend her. A++.

First time skiing, 2 days on the slopes and having a blast then heard a pop in my knee, didn't think much of it until the next day and thought it would be a good idea to see a physio, google searched for the best physio in town and came across these guys, managed to get an appointment on the same day. To say that the service was good isn't enough, the team here are amazing they go above and beyond! The minute I walked in the door the receptionist was so very helpful, and to Harley the Physio Therapist who treated me. His caring and calm nature made me feel comfortable and at ease when dealing with my knee injury. Definitely recommend seeing the team here for all your physio needs!

Harley was extremely professional, he had profound knowledge in his field of physio therapy - Harley was great at diagnosing and explaining my injuries to me and I felt he had outstanding care and compassion with my knee injuries and it was great to get a clear and professional diagnosis.
As sad as it was to be in the clinic with injuries, I felt i was 100% in the right place with him to get accessed.

Suffered tear in calf muscle and was seen by Harley. Knew the issue straight away, explained damaged done, what the process to recovery timeline to recovery and started on damage mitigation and set up for rehab for my competitive sport activity on return to Australia. Whole process from making booking, getting to and from appointments, insurance knowledge made stress free. A professional supportive happy bunch to experience when things go wrong.

Hurt my shoulder during snowboard. Luckily found this physio place and Toby Kelly who gave me a very professional consultation and great tips for recovery. They do have a small gym but well equipped with essential equipments. Next time hopefully I will just come for the gym without any injury 😂✌

Had a tumble during snowboarding lessons which resulted in shoulder pain. Was able to get an appointment immediately for initial assessment with Rosie and a follow up appointment with Harley at short notice. Very satisfied with the level of care and effort made to accurately diagnose and treat.

I came to Hakuba for an alpine ski race and was coming from of a week and a half of training and another competition. My knees have been hurting for the last three days, but was bearable. After a high speed fall today, the pain became unbearable and was hurting even when I walked.

I luckily found Hakuba Physio through Google maps and was kindly greeted by Raine who helped me set up an immediate appointment + pickup/drop off. Because this type of knee pain was very new to me (the outsides of my knees hurting), I had no idea what the cause may be. Darcy was great in identifying the problem and gave me great recommendations and advice for the future to prevent further injuries.

Had a slight accident on the slopes and googled for someone to rescue my knees. Found Hakuba physio and managed to book a slot on the same day. Darcy gave me a full consult and was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I left the place feeling more confident and assured that everything would be ok! A full set of tests were done to ensure that I could go out on the slopes again the next day. Hakuba is lucky to have someone super skilled in his craft be here every season.

I was very grateful for the service provided to me at Asia Physio when I injured my knee skiing. I found Darcy to be very knowledgeable, professional and had a great patient manner as he explained my injury, stabilised my knee in a brace for my flight home, and explained the various possible options for my recovery.

After injuring my knee skiing I was able to easily book online for the same day. I received such caring and expert treatment from Harley, who fitted me with a brace and prepared me for the rest of my trip and return home. He provided exceptional care and advice. Thank you again

I met with Harley tonight and he did a proper job figuring out what was wrong with my foot. As a 49 year old that thinks he’s 22, o have been struggling with heal pain and it took Harley 30 minutes to figure it out. Massage, needle work, suggested exercises, foot inserts, bands, just the whole lot. I haven’t had this kind of thorough help in a long time. Harley was great! If you have anything giving you a hard time, don’t let it stop you. Visit these guys. I’m all taped up and ready to take on a pow day tomorrow!!! Thanks again for amazing help and service.

Thanks to the Hakuba Physio team for fixing me right up when I went and gone and did my knees. Perchance. Raine was incredibly organized and took my details down in record time. Rebecca gave me all the exercises I need to defeat my knee problems and tackle the mountain once again.

Thank you to the team at Hakuba Physio. It's started from the welcoming voice of Amy at the front desk who juggled my appointment around to be very accommodating. Once I got to the clinic Darcy was explaining step by step on what had happened to what options I had moving forward. He knew what he was talking about due to seeing patients daily with similar problems. He confirmed my diagnosis of having my ACL torn. Darcy gave me a Breg brace that allowed me to continue my last week in Japan. Thanks once again. P.s Lucky for Insurance as the brace was great but comes at a cost.

Just saw the amazing Rebecca from Hakuba Physio. Torn calf muscle. She was the best physio I’ve ever had. The whole set-up at Hakuba Physio is fantastic. Reception are fast, friendly, helpful; the quality of the care is world-class; state of the art equipment; free lifts back to the hotel. Really, really great experience, I can’t praise the team there highly enough.

Following an ACL injury, I had a consultation with Darcy. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and addressed my concerns with tailored recommendations. :)

The clinic also provided transportation to and from my hotel, which was greatly appreciated.
