Clerks are friendly, telling us that we can get 5% discount with customer discount card! Also, with tax refund service, it’s a nice shopping experience there :3

Nice department store with convenient location just at Shinjuku station. There are some luxury brands as well as great food selection on basement and with Hands in the extension building 👍🏻

This is definitely the place to frequently go has a great selection of foods on the B1floor. Great to go on the weekends although it might get busy.
Usually on he weekends they have some specialty dishes that they sell. This week was Japanese Karage ( fried chicken )
A great place to browse and look around with friends and family.

I had a wonderful shopping experience there. On top of the tax refund, I got an additional 5% tourist discount! I couldv'e spent hours browsing through the complex, but I had so much more to explore in Tokyo.

Will definitely be back, given a chance.

Usually visit at least once every trip to Japan. You can find pretty much anything you need here. I especially like Tokyu Hands.

Takashimaya has lots to offer - obviously all the retail you could hope for, Tokyu Hands, and Nittori, as well as food options of all kinds. However, don't overlook the exhibition space on the 11th floor! The exhibit up now (9/1 - 9/12/2017) is Miniature Life by Tatsuya Tanaka, and it is AMAZING. Not only are the photographs themselves remarkable, but the exhibit couples them with the model "miniature world" in 3D set up as a "sculpture" near the final work of art. The best part is that you are encouraged to photograph anything and everything (except the final few exhibits on your way out) and share widely on social media. It was super crowded on Saturday afternoon, the second day of the exhibit. If you have any reason to be in the neighborhood, stop by and spend an hour or so going through - it's worth it. Heck, make it the reason to go to that part of town. The gallery space itself is larger than I thought it would be - I'm definitely going to keep an eye out for what the space exhibits next!

Big department store in Japan with amazing food courts full of restaurants. The culinary that is produced in these places isn't like anywhere else in a mall in the world. This place had wagyu beef that melt in your mouth buttery tender.

Takashimaya Times Square Shinjuki is a great department store conveniently located near Shinjuku Station. This store has so much to offer, from modern to traditional clothing, household items, and FOOD! The basement level sells some of the best foodstuffs around. You can get lunch here or pick up souvenirs. The upper floors contain restaurants of all types of cuisines. If you are a foreigner you can claim your tax free rebates the same day you made your purchase. This location is combined with Tokyu Hands which is a mega home goods store.

This is definitely a place to check out when in Shinjuku!

Huge departmental store. Sells branded and more premium goods, is that's what you're looking for. Extremely big Tokyu Hands here (7 floors)!

A busy Takashimaya, has so many delectable food choices. Can't go wrong with any of their options available. From snacks to prepared meals to desserts, chocolates, they have something for everyone. Got some tempura and it's very tasty.

Lots of fresh produce on the lower level of the building. You will be spoil for choice here. If you wish to try all of their foods, you may want to consider having your breakfast, lunch, & dinner here.

After our trip at Tsukiji Market, we walked back to Shimbashi station and took the train back to Shinjuku Station.
From Shinjuku station we walked to Takashimaya Shinjuku. It took us about 10mins to reach and my colleagues did their shoppings there.
Shinjuku Takashimaya is a large- scale commercial complex and sell a list of brands such as shoes, clothings, comestic products, jewellery, etc.
My colleague bought a Phiten necklace at one of the Takashimaya store.
We also took our lunch there... One of the best place to do your shopping...

14 stories of shopping spree for u.

This store is huge, has everything u need and kids/baby friendly facilities. (They have a baby Lounge just for the babies & mummies)

14 levels of stuff to shop can get confusing, but there’s plenty of signage, information counter and staff to ask for direction.

I spent much time in B1 (Food Hall) and L9 (kids) area. ◡̈
