Yodobashi Camera Shinjuku West Main Store

Giving this place 5 stars because they allow us to sit on their massage chairs for free! Very nice after a few days of long walk, managed to recharge!

Amazing place to buy electronics in a very reasonable price

You get lost among the amazing variety of electronics! Prices are ok if you consider the tax refund. Great place!

This place is the Godzilla of electronics. I mean literally it might be the size of three football fields. Think of any north American electronics store as about 1/100 the size of this place but with all the latest and greatest tech. I wish there was a camping section in there so you could stay for a week, you literally could.

Bought few electronics stuff here. They were cheaper than places I came from.
The staff was very accommodating and kind. As I wanted to combine the amount to have tax free but I was buying things from different buildings (not floor!) He followed me with the basket to the next building and helped me out. And when I wanted to shop alone, they kept my goods at the cashier and gave me a number tag for it.

Excellent organisation of amenities according to floor. Goods of different ranges from budget to luxury. Almost no electrical and electronics appliances left that you may dream even.

I went this place because of the tamagotchi station. Toy corner is in different building but clerks of here were so kind that I could find what I want well. This place was larger than other Yodobashi camera and also kind of goods were various. I want to go this place again and buy more tamagotchi as soon as I can!!

I walked in here on the second day of being in Tokyo with limited knowledge on how to speak Japanese looking for a specific product and the customer service was spectacular. I walked out with the specific product I needed! The staff here are incredibly helpful. Thank you!

How not to like this place? Great place to shop for scale modeling

Yodobashi in Shinjuku has everything related to electronics. Separate independent buildings for various specialities like camera and camera related items, smartphone and accessories, multimedia items and so on. Get the best broadband connection deals here.

You can buy many kinds of things, not only electric appliances, in their several buildings in the area.
It seems they can take care of you at least by 4 languages, Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean. Probably more languages. And the foreign workers also speak good Japanese... They can use Japanese to explain the difficult SIM contract things to Japanese customers, too! So clever guys!
If they have food section, it would be perfect. I hope it will be.

Very interesting store with a lot of fun and interesting stuff. The staff is polite and helpful, always ready to help and explain. There are more than one floor, so make sure you don't miss the stairs and elevators amidst all the shelves and such. I highly recommend this place, even just for browsing

In terms of toys, model kits, games, figures, and other collectibles, you can't go wrong with Yodobashi Camera. I highly recommend the Shinjuku West branch since they have their own dedicated buildings for each section, with the aforementioned things all being found in the same building, on different floors each. I've bought a few of my gunpla and other plamo here.

One a kind electronics store. World famous! Whatever you need, they've got it. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. If only they could get rid of that annoying jingle music that has played continuously in the store (for at least 40 years, as I remember. )

So many choices and staff are very friendly and helpful. There's tax return for orders above a certain amount (for foreign passport holders) and they are very efficient in assisting with it. Even with a language barrier, it was very easy to shop in Yodobashi Camera. Bought many analog films for my cameras there and will definitely go back for more next trip.

Awesome store for everything electronic. I’m a huge watch fan, and this place appeals to all the senses. Huge selection of Japanese-made G-shocks and good discount for tourists (No tax). Will definitely be back again.

Went walking in Shinjuku and chanced upon this shop. When I asked if they sold watches, I was politely led to their other store 20 steps down the alley. And the sales lady at the watch store (entire building, actually) was super polite and patient. I'd buy from here again when in Shinjiku. 👍
