海悦温泉ホテル Harriway Hotel Hakone

Very nice hosts who were very helpful! The lobby is very luxurious and the hotel offers many amenities, snacks and drinks. Hosts had great recommendations where to eat, hike, what bus to take, etc. The onsen is open from early morning until late in the evening and is very clean. Bathropes are given. Hotel has a great pool table. The rooms have a nice view over the area which you can enjoy from luxurious chairs in the room. The beds are in traditional Japanese style and with futons.

The room and accommodations were all very nice and clean. The bathroom was amazing and the staff was so helpful. The onsen was very relaxing and clean. The only issue I have is the location; it was a little out of the way and hard to get to but once we were here, it was a fantastic experience. I definitely recommend!

The rooms were big, the staff was super friendly and the onsen in the first floor felt really good. The lobby is very nice too. I came as a family with my wife and 2 daughters (6 and 4) and had a very relaxing time. The view from the room was amazing in the morning. All great.

Stayed in a Western room, located on top of a hill but you can contact them for a pick-up. Rooms and onsen are nice. Good to go visit Hakone region for a day or two

Nestled on a quiet hilltop in the small village of Ohiradai the Harriway Summit View Onsen Hotel is a perfect rest stop for those visiting the Hakone area.

The location is serene and quiet with stunning views and the divine sound of spring water trickling through the town. For those on the free pass doing the Hakone loop; simply start at Hakone-yumoto station and head towards Motohakone-ko and you'll arrive there at end of your adventure.

We received a genuinely warm greeting from the sweet owner. She showed us our spacious room, dressed my daughter in her yukata and gave us a hotel tour.

Our western style room was huge and well appointed, though the beds were a tad hard for someone used to a cushy sleep.

The onsen is divine. My five year old and I enjoyed a tranquil soak twice; in the evening and the early morning. They are gender segregated and feature a picturesque forest view.

Something to note: this is a quiet spot, outside the hustle and bustle of Hakone proper. There are few food options and the local convenience stores close early. So either eat before you arrive or bring food with you.

Overall a wonderful stay and one I would heartily recommend. I'd definitely stay again next time I visit the area.

Great hotel, but is quite far from the actions. The room is traditional Japanese style, with plenty of room. There are also billiards and hot spring available within the premise. Btw, the owner is super nice and the price is quite affordable. Would stay again.

But the best part was the nice lady at the front desk.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate myself and my family. They were extremely kind and very prompt with any inquiries we had. The hotel is very nice with wonderful views. Our room was very comfortable and the onsen was really relaxing. I will absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Hakone.

Beautiful location, wonderful host would highly recommend. Just request for pick up from the station you will save yourself a bit of a climb.

Nice place with a very friendly lady at the reception. Close by there was some construction going on. Onsen was nice.

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour dans cet hôtel qui se trouve dans un petit village bien desservit par les bus et le train (station à 5 min à pied). La chambre était spacieuse, très propre et la vue magnifique.
Il y avait tout le confort nécessaire et nous avons très bien dormi dans les lits.
Le onsen était super, et les yukata prêtés pour l'occasion très confortables.
Pleins de petits détails sont présents, ce qui améliore grandement le confort, comme une petite zone pour boire le thé après le onsen, un billard, un zone pour réchauffer ses repas.
Attention cependant, il n'y a pas de restaurant dans l'hôtel, mais l'hôte aide beaucoup pour réserver une table dans les restaurant aux alentours.
Enfin l'hôte était très attentionnée et amicale, nous avons beaucoup aimé discuter avec elle et elle a rendu notre séjour encore meilleur ! Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison.
Nous reviendrons assurément !

ホテルはとても綺麗で、部屋も広くて大満足でした。温泉もトロッとしたお湯で気持ちよく肌もスベスベになりました。何よりもホテルの方のとても手厚いサービスや心配りがあり素敵な1日を過ごせました。
例外ではあると思いますが、私たちが泊まった日は宿泊人数が少なかった為、大浴場を貸し切りにして下さり非日常的な時間を過ごすことができました。

Kein Hotel in Japan, das wir besucht haben, war so gut. Das Zimmer, das wir hatten, war im Vergleich zu allen anderen riesig. Außerdem war alles vorhanden. Am besten waren die Onsen, der Frauenonsen besonders (obwohl wir nicht viele Onsen kennen). Da nicht viele Leute zu unserem Aufenthalt da waren, durften wir einen privatonsen haben. Wir haben auch Bademäntel bekommen und immer frische Handtücher. Der Service war herausragend und super freundlich. Sie hat uns gut beraten und uns Tipps gegeben, was wir anschauen können und wo wir wandern können. Wir haben uns versucht auf englisch zu unterhalten, aber mit Übersetzungsapp ging es dann. Zu unserem Aufenthalt gab es keinen Koch, aber man konnte sich Nudelsuppe kaufen und auf dem Zimmer aufkochen.
Schade, dass der Urlaub irgendwann vorbei ist. Nur zu empfehlen!

櫃台林小姐是台灣人,服務親切自然,讓旅客有賓至如歸的感覺,旅館充滿森林芬多精,房間大又乾淨,溫泉池乾淨明亮,鄰近居酒屋老闆夫妻也是熱情待客,料理也是一級棒沒話說,價格合理又有KTV可歡唱,氣氛融洽,大力推荐!

スタッフの方も非常に対応が良く、部屋も広く綺麗でまた利用したいと思いました。強いて言うならエアコンの効きが少し悪いなと思いました。ビリヤードも無料でできます。ありがとうございました。
