I ordered the veggie sandwich and cappuccino! It was very delicious, probably one of the best cappuccinos I've ever had. Great atmosphere, and excellent service! Lucas was very kind and welcoming.

I've traveled around here at 2019 new year holiday for one week, visited twice for breakfast. The owner is so nice that he gave me two more cute stickers which sticks on the cold beverage, because he saw me struggling pulling it off the cup and don't want to tear it up.
If you're a big fan of cheese cake, do not miss the cake here! By the way, coffee latte is also makes my day.

As Australians travelling Japan we've been on the lookout for a 'real' coffee. This shop was established by an Australian and as such has the best coffee that we've had on our trip so far! Truly delicious lattes and cakes. Highly recommend

Quiet little spot, it's a shame his isn't in more "top cafes of Kyoto" lists! Truly a little gem. Coffee prices are good too! We had hot chocolates for 400 yen. Nice and rich flavour. English spoken here too, so it's easy for tourists!

I had the grilled chicken sandwich and hot chocolate. Both were on point! The baguette was surprisingly fresh, like it was just made.

There is free WiFi hotspot here (not sure if it is provided by Cafe).

However, the name of the cafe in Google Maps is in Japanese, but it is in English at the storefront. I wasn't sure if I was walking into the same store until I went in and made my order. A bit confusing but it isn't difficult to find once know where to look.

Nice food, great coffee. Had the chicken sandwich and the real highlight was the thick crusty baguette it was served on. The coffee was a delicious warm-up on our rainy tour day.

Great spot to have a drink and a bite to eat after hitting Kiyomizu Temple. Friendly staff who speak English and Japanese, and great food at reasonable prices. It's mostly simple cafe fare but you can't go wrong with it, I particularly recommend the sandwiches.

Great sandwiches (fabulous bread) and muffins, tea, and coffee. Nice cozy spot, with pretty lattes, run by an Australian. If you are staying in the area and speak English this is a nice haven.

Cute simple retro Japanese decor. Yummy vegetarian sandwich on fresh baguette. Great coffee. Worth stopping in, especially if you are missing some comforts of home (Australia/NZ).

Amazing coffee just like back home in Melbourne, great atmosphere, and the Aussie barista and I had a great conversation. If we'd been in Kyoto for longer I'd have gone there more often.

Best coffee I've had since leaving Australia 3 years ago and lovely food especially for vegetarians which is a challenge in Japan
