Vie de France - Kyoto

Everything looked really good. Got a melon bun and quiche. Would go again as there are more things I want to try.

Ordered a coupe of breads to try for lunch and wasn't disappointed at all.

The breads (savoury and sweet) are reasonably priced and baked fresh.

The brown sugar donut looked weird but tasted great.

Even got some takeaway to enjoy later.

Best bakery in Kyoto. The different varieties of pastries and donuts are delicious. Don’t miss out on there Strawberry jam donut.

The baked goods are amazing!!! Had the red bean doughnut, bacon and tomato paninj and the salty melon bun.

Location is awesome, just down 2 escalators at the middle of the JR station snd youre there. Coffee isn't bad. Lots of seats available when I went

They have the best banana smoothie and the sandwiches are so fresh and the pastries are filling. I'm to full to think what else to say. Arigatōgozaimashita. Thank-you.

Absolutely incredible breakfast place if you're in a hurry. Royal milk tea reminds me of chai. The potato mayo bun is fantastic. The quiche is half decent as well. Love that they hear the food at the time of purchase. No other pastries joints we went to at stations did that.

Extremely legit! Ate too fast to take a picture. Prices for pastry are insanely cheap. Will return! Wowowow 👍

We dropped in to have a quick breakfast and coffee in a hurry. Unexpectedly, the musk melon cream bun was to die for.

The staff were very friendly and kind. However, the tables were a bit too cramped inside.

So many lovely foods and desserts. Japanese styling of French pastries. No other vendor is like Vie! We seek them out whenever we are in japan.

Fluffy bread (with yummy fillings) and nice coffee and tea. Very convenient for passengers at Kyoto Station to grab a quick and decent bite.

Nice quick place to pickup and eat pastry. It's a bit out of the way (in the Cube section) compared to others located closer to the trains.

Nice bread here. They will even heat it for you before serving 👍👍 convenient to foreigners! C'est tres bien!

明太子法國好吃不貴，有時會賣完。波蘿麵包和鹽麵包也都十分可口，店內可用餐，有早餐的組合，有到京都車站時幾乎都會順路下樓到B2買些麵包❤

音楽はとてもムーディーですね😼

일본의 파리바게뜨라고 할 수 있을까. 각지에 지점이 있는 Vie De France에서 빵 두 개 테이크아웃, 커피젤리는 테이크아웃이 안된다고 해서 커피젤리는 점내에서 먹었다. 근데 역시 커피젤리는 Caffe Veloce가 나았다. 여기 커피젤리는 좀 밍밍하고 아이스크림만 많이 얹어주었다. 아이스크림 자체는 맛있는데 밑의 젤리가 밍밍했다. 근데 숙소에 돌아와 먹은 테이크아웃 빵은 정말 맛있었다. 파리바게뜨보다 훨씬 맛있다. 가격도 더 저렴하다.

En dépit de son nom, cette boulangerie propose des pâtisseries et autres viennoiseries japonaises DÉLICIEUSES !! Les chiffon cakes, les scones matcha/chocolat blanc sont une tuerie. On s’est régalées ☺
