Excellent communication. They pick you up and drop you at the airport as their office if just a few minutes away.

The car itself was as I expected, and most importantly, i didn't fail on the road (because some of them are sporty and deadly for the shock absorbers).

Oh, and don't be stupid as I was. Respect the speed limit. Otherwise, you might have a surprise of a camera taking you in fault (I paid an extra 20JOD for speed up)

Very professional team and flexible discussions! Worth mentioning the excellent communication as well - our departure was moved from Aqaba to Amman and we had to change the car drop off location, drive 300km back north - the guys met us at their office in the middle of the night at absolutely no additional cost.

Good communication via whats app and direct with the stuff. They picked us from the airport on time and everything was ready to take our car. Within 20 minutes we were of to go. The car was very good, with only 75.000 km. We have the full insurance to be safe, because driving around Jordan is a dangerous "sport". The returned us all the deposit after we drop off the car. In addition they drive us back to airport on time without delays.

Good rental company in Amman. Everything was OK, they picked us on the airport, contacted us day before and even get us small upgrade - bigger car. Car was a bit older but served us very well. No problems when returning the car. I recommend this company.

Good rental company in Amman. Cheaper than companies available direcly in airport (26€/day). Everything was OK, they picked us for free on the airport and give us good advice for driving in Jordan , contacted us day before for confirming time of arrival. Car was in a good shape and served us very well for 1week during our vacation. No problems when returning the car. Take a full good video of the car at the pick up (top and bottom of car) because they pay a strong attention of details when returning the car. Everything went well for us thanks to our video. Deposit paid back right after return. I recommend this company.

We rented two different cars for a week of driving around Jordan. The 4x4s were perfect for desert exploring. The communication with the rental team was great, the price was good, and they were very fair about wear and tear.

Great car rental company, they picked us up on the airport and last day they took us to the airport as well. The car was nice and there werent any problems with it, neither with the return of the car.
Return of the car was fast and we quickly recieved our deposit back.
They explained us everything perfectly and they also explained me how does the car control work.
The stuff was very friendly and nice, I will still remember all the 3 nice relationship advices (3 sentences), that the man who took us to airport told us.

Great service, great English, very friendly. They made sure you understood everything before leaving with the car. They drive you back to the airport once you return the car. They made sure we were ready for our road trip with a car charger and phone suction holder. They hold an incidentals charge on your card (like any other rental would) but are very clear with showing the reversal of the charge once you return the car. My best experience with a car rental company!

Very nice experience with them, cheaper than other renters and the car was very well working (Picanto). They had a very good service, quick reply to our questions by WhatsApp, free pickup back and fourth at the airport of Amman. I recommend!

Good experience. Pick up at night was no problem. The agent contacted us via WhatsApp and the shuttle was there w/o wait time.
Car was relatively new and in good condition. We already had external insurance and nobody tried to sell us their insurance, so no issues here. Also, we were encouraged to take videos / pictures of the car.
Agent spoke very good english and was accustomed to international customers. All in all 5/5.

Return in Aqaba was a different story...make sure that someone is there before returning the car.
