Hilton Dead Sea Resort & Spa

Spent a week at this location in the King Junior Suite with sea view and I can’t recommend it enough. It was off season as the month of January counts as winter time but we still loved our time there. It was peaceful and inviting.The place is spotless, the staff is superb and the location is breathtaking. Jordan in general has proven to be the land of generosity with some of the most polite and welcoming people you will ever meet. Please visit this location you will be delighted. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

It's a genuine 5-star hotel with a beautiful view at the Dead See from virtually all rooms.
The object is pretty big, with several outside pools (many of which are closed for the winter season), kids zone and a private Dead Sea beach with stylish sunbeds.
The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and competent. They assist everywhere, from the parking, through dining in one of many restaurants to the beach, even helping with getting rid of the clay from your body.
The breakfast is absolutely stunning: wide choice of Jordanian and international dishes perfectly prepared and served. Everything was really delicious.
The rooms are functional and spacious, well equipped, and very stylish. We had a nice balcony with a view at the Dead Sea.
Some minor wear signs of the furniture can be noticed and that's the only thing that can be improved in some future.
Highly recommend! It was a great stay. I'll surely return also because the room was a good value for money compared to competitors.

We have celebrated there our honey moon. It was a great place we really enjoyed there. Super nice and super clean rooms, great view from the window. Trip to the sea from the hotel is a bit long but it's really enjoyable as the area is well maintained. Will definitely come back

Very nice hotel at the dead sea with a lovely beach, infinity pool, fitness centre, very nice bars, together with very beautiful sunset and sunrise views. We stayed here 3 nights. The room was very clean, big, with separate toilet and shower rooms and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast and dinner buffets were elaborate and had a very nice spread of local and western quality choices, with live cooking stations. The hotel offers a lovely bar at the lobby with a select menu for drinks, beverages and food. The staff, Ms. Jinele, working there was very attentive and friendly. Ms. Rose (who has a very lovely English accent), Ms. Cintya and Mr. Yousef from the Spectrum restaurant were extremely friendly and host the guests with utmost care. The beach offers to float and relax at the dead sea, and carries dead sea mud container and clean normal water to wash off the salt from the skin. The beach was very clean and well maintained by its staff, and offers a bar to order drinks. Please make sure to load some money in your room account to use it for services or carry your credit card always with you. Depositing in the room number is not possible here to be paid later before or during the check-out. The staff at the reception and concierge were friendly too. This hotel is suitable for families, couples or also for people traveling alone to relax and spend some quality time at the dead sea. After having spent our time in a couple of other 5 star products during our stay in Jordan, we found that some amenities in the room offered were not up to the mark (flip flop quality was substandard, there were also no bathrobes, no welcome drink, no complementary fruits or sweets, and the mini bar was empty). Also, on a Thursday evening, there were chaos and big crowd at the Spectrum buffet restaurant, with queues and waiting time. We opted to go to the Lebanese restaurant rather, and enjoyed our dinner in peace and quietness. The management must make sure to avoid such chaotic times during peak days, to divert some guests to their other restaurants, may be with an upgrade coupon or for the same cost. Apart from these minor issues, we found our stay very comfortable thanks to the ambiance, friendliness and nice staff there. Will definitely recommend.

A beautiful hotel located on the Dead Sea with the ability to go out and have a float and cover yourself in Dead Sea mud, which I would recommend as it makes your skin feel amazing which as someone with sensitive skin it did my skin wonders!

The infinity pool has beautiful views and the swim up bar in the main pool was a great way to enjoy a drink while staying in the pool.

The hotel was very clean and has lots of amenities, breakfast was really good - the muffins were a winner!

Anyone looking to visit the Dead Sea should definitely stay at the Hilton!

BY FAR THE BEST HOTEL IN JORDAN!
We spent a bit more than a week exploring Jordan, and this has been by far the BEST hotel we've stayed in! We even added an extra night to our plans to stay longer! The rooms are super clean, the breakfast is delicious with a lot of choices, the beds are super comfortable, and the staff is so caring and kind!

A heartfelt THANK YOU to Alaá, Marah, and Rahaf for making this trip so special and memorable! You've been exceptional, and all the hotels should learn from your professionalism, kindness, and hospitality!

Hotel has direct access to the beach. Swimming in the Dead Sea and covering with mud is an experience not to miss. Lobby and restaurant have great views. Service is 5-star. Breakfast selection was extensive.

Excellent service from the start of booking until the end of checkout. English speaking people so no problem at all. Ambiance is amazing especially the pool. Thank you for the great experience.

Everyone has been so warm and welcoming in the breathtaking country of Jordan. Gorgeous resort with the nicest beach on the Dead Sea. You must do the mud massage experience. Breakfast is excellent quality and amazing variety. Pools are beautiful and there are separate areas for families and adults only. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

This was one of my favorite stays in Jordan! The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained. The rooms are very nice and the views at sunset are amazing. We enjoyed the pools and loved that there was a children's area. Also nice to have direct private access to the Dead Sea and the employee on the beach was so helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend!

This is a great hotel located in a good spot next to the Dead Sea. The suite we had was excellent for our family of four and the views were everything you could want. Service is outstanding and all of the staff made our entire family feel welcome. The restaurants to select from are great and reasonably priced.

The only negative would be that the outdoor pool areas could use some updating to match the wonderful indoor spaces.

This was one of the nicest resort/conference centers I have stayed in. The staff was exceptionally helpful. The food was very flavorful and seemed like home cooking. There were three pools including one to distract the children. The Dead Sea back was well prepared with a fresh water hose and large black mud vat for the therapy coating and dips. The view was beautiful. There was a good food mall next door, though, you can't cut through the resort to get there.

We stayed 4 nights. We had a great time with wonderful hospitality. The place is very tidy and clean, and the staff are very welcoming and take care of the small things, like 'Oh my God' level!!
The breakfast and dinner are at a great level, the food is very diverse, and with a fair price, but the launch was very expensive, so when needed we ate outside, 5 mins a way of a small mall.
The hotel has a private beach for the Dead Sea, which is unique to that area.

Is you plan to float in the Dead Sea, this is the best hotel to do so. The ease of getting in and the soft shoreline make walking in smooth. The showers are nearby to get mud or salt off after the experience. They often have reasonable deals for families and the breakfast buffet has something for everyone. They’ll even perfectly poach you some eggs.

Great Hotel with very well maintained rooms, an incredible view to the Dead Sea and direct access to the beach. The breakfast buffet is amazing, the employees are extremely adorable from the Concierge to the ones by the beach, we were welcomed by Saddam who was definitely very helpful and friendly!

The best hotel I have stayed in all year. Service and staff were exceptional and the bloke making Strawberry Daquiris deserves a medal.

All the staff deserve everything good and praise, Abdallah in particular was very helpful and I cannot remember all names :( but in general cannot recommend it highly enough.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. The assistant manager helped us re-book our flight from Amman to Istanbul. We could not have done it without his help. We were so appreciative of his help.
