Good location, private beach entry with mud spa. Very clean and spacious rooms. The staff is very professional. We had a leak in our bathroom and the staff handled it in a matter of minutes! They changed our room, helped with our luggage and after that we received a delicious free dessert. 5 stars rating.

Amazing experience. Heaven on earth. Lovely staff and good food. The Dead Sea experience is something else. Their gift shops and buffets are very affordable. The rooms are very neat and beautifully located. Pool and sea visit 8am to 5:30pm. You might have to remind them however on refills of tea and toiletries. Definitely an amazing stay

Very good hotel. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are large with balcony. All the rooms have view. The bathroom is very clean with eco-friendly recycled water, which is very important for the planet. They have kids playing pools with more than one rel swimming pool. They have private beach with shower facilities. Also the dead sea mud is available. The food is very good with both local and continental options.

It was such a unique experience at such a wonderful hotel. We would definitely stay at the Dead Sea Spa Resort again. Diana, at the Front Desk, was absolutely brilliant throughout our stay, helping us swiftly check-in and check-out and answering our questions in a friendly and professional way. She also went above and beyond, helping to arrange a visit from the hotel doctor when one of us felt unwell. Diana, you are a credit to the hotel - thank you.

The hotel is large and easy to get lost in, but the space is clean and modern, and the staff were always friendly. The rooms are well-sized, look recently refurbished, have all the usual amenities of a high-end hotel, and offer fantastic views across the Dead Sea.

The food at the Mezza Restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast buffet was good. We chose not to have the buffet dinner, but our friends enjoyed their meals.

The swimming pools were great, and despite being fully booked, there was never a problem with overcrowding. But it is, of course, the Dead Sea we were here to experience and this place was perfect for that. Just a few minutes walk down the hill, you have all the facilities you need (including mud and a shower) to enjoy floating on the Dead Sea.

We would highly recommend the Dead Seas Spa Resort.

What a hidden gem! Beautiful spot to experience the dead sea. It was beautiful. You can enjoy the hotel amenities for a quick stop for $60CAD with buffet. It's a one of kind experience to swim on the Dead sea beach! Highly recommended to visit. You will float on the water because it's super salty!

I have visited dead sea lately on 07 December 2023 on a day tour for a lunch buffet and dead sea bath and mud spa. I forgot my mobile in the washroom and it was returned to me.. it is because of your honest service staff. Thank you also to Mr. Shadi for being hospitable and Kudos to your service staff who have core values of integrity 👏 For you who returned my phone, the Lord sees the work of your Hands may you be bless🙏

Nothing to complain about. Comfy rooms, very food breakfast, good service. Private beach is 3 minutes away, make sure you take shoes to walk on stones, because the beach is NOT fully sandy.

We had to cancel at the last minute due to flight issues and the hotel was very understanding and agreed not to charge despite it being a contract obligation. I found the service to be professional and it is always good to do business with honourable and trustworthy companies. Will be sure to book again.

Excellent location, staff were very friendly and attentive. Buffet breakfast was substantial and decent. A guest of ours became unwell during their stay with a virus but thankfully the hotel had an excellent medical centre on site and they were able to be seen by a very lovely doctor who treated them with IV fluids in the room and had them feeling better in no time. Room was spacious and bedding was very comfortable.

I did a day pass to enjoy the Dead Sea and the pools. It was great! My only complaint is that there are no showers in the female locker rooms. You have to shower outside by the pool so there is no way to actually get really rinsed off.

We were here with a one-day pass and loved it! The pass is 20 JOD and includes the beach, 4 swimming pools, showers and changing rooms. You can rent a towel for 3 JOD too. The beach is beautiful and comfortable, with beach beds, mud basins and enough showers, not too crowded.
For a lunch, I can recommend the Lebanese Mezza restaurant - fresh tasty food and reasonable prices.
Overall, I'm happy we chose Dead sea spa resort for our visit to this unique area. Good value for money.

Visited for the day without a stay over. The buffet lunch was amazing 👏 there are changing rooms down at the beach with toilets. There's also mud to Cape yourself in before floating in the sea for 20 minutes. A very unique experience.

A very nice hotel, more like a resort, full of many swimming pools, in clouding for kids with small and big slides, their own opening to the Dead Sea, night shows, music, dancing, etc. The rooms were sufficiently big and clean but not perfect.
There is free Wi-Fi, very important in Jordan.

The only "problems" were:
- isolation, you don't have anything else around, no green shops in the area. By car you can arrive to Wadi Mujip and thermal spa
- the drinking is not included and is very expensive, like the rest of Jordan actually (6JOD one 330ml beer, 8JOD one 500ml draft beer - find the happy hour when you buy one and receive two)
- in the rooms the shower is not very well sealed and all the bathroom is flooded after every shower. Not critical but can be improved for the future.

Daytrip!
We booked a day-ticket (wednesday in october 23) for 20 JD per person and it was wonderful! Not too crowded, only in the afternoon some tourist groups came. Probably some groups cancelled their Jordan trip due to Israel’s attacks on Gaza, so maybe on a usual day in october it might be a bit more crowded. So come early and enjoy a peaceful morning with an almost empty beach and mud bath. You can find salt cristals at the beach but not so much mud. The Hotels provides the mud in a small stone pool.
The swimming pools are clean and spacious! I was really surprised by the great experience for 20 JD!

As a day use visitor we were able to enjoy all the amenities and had a fabulous lunch. The mineral water was a bit pricey but you are where you are. Stunning location.
