Crowne Plaza Jordan - Dead Sea Resort & Spa

This place is gorgeous! Great location on the Dead Sea in Jordan. Food service is outstanding offering a wide variety of great food. Rooms are large and comfortable. Staff is great, very friendly and helpful. Definitely the place to stay in this area.

I’ve visited many luxury hotels, but Crowne Plaza Dead Sea in Jordan is exceptional. Beautiful hotel with great facilities. We were very well looked after from the moment we arrived. Staff are all superb - friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Particular star was Ibrahim at the beach who helped us with our mud spa and and offered good advice. Also the life guard whose name I didn't catch but he blasted me with a hose to get the mud off my back!

Purchased a day pass to enjoy the Dead Sea and lunch. Ahmad, the lifeguard at the beach area, was helpful in guiding us with our group of 8 how to get the best experience. He shared information with us and showed us salt crystals. It made wour time there very special. There was a volleyball court near the beach as well as several pools. A great experience!

A beautiful resort with an amazing view over the dead sea. The breakfast was outstanding, one of the best breakfasts out there. Swimming pools are abundant with many options, rooms are super clean and service was superb.

Me and the family had a wonderful stay at Hotel Crowne Plaza Dead Sea! The spa staff, especially Nisreen, are incredibly professional, always with a smile and attentive to customer needs. The hydraulic swimming pools are well-maintained and incredibly relaxing. Highly recommend for a rejuvenating experience and massage!

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Jordan - Dead Sea following a week travelling around Jordan. After a long journey, check in was smooth and the room was incredibly comfortable. All of the staff were amazing, and could not do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible, especially in Ambrosia Restaurant. We could not fault the service provided by the wait staff, and the selection of food was incredible. With a lovely beach area and infinity pool, I would absolutely recommend this hotel when visiting the Dead Sea

A wonderful experience. I recommend trying the place. Absolutely, my favorite place always. Excellent service, helpful staff, clean rooms, quick response to requests. As for the dining experience, it was excellent for breakfast and dinner, with varied and delicious dishes. I highly recommend trying it and I will always repeat my visit.

Loved our stay here! The team were the highlight and cannot thank enough Hisham Hazaima and Layla, they were amazingly helpful and made our stay extra special and were also very patient with us 4 ladies staying. Thank you again and can absolutely recommend this hotel!

We had an amazing day in the spa, facility is very nice and luxurious. Well equipped spa and one of the largest in the Middle East. Around 30 massage rooms and different pools, heated and normal. The heated outdoor jacuzzi was amazing with a sea view. Multiple steam rooms and sauna, so it is never crowded. Spa design is matching the hotel roman atmosphere. Staff were very helpful and were able to respond to some personal requests. Masseurs were professional. Hygiene level was consistent in all facilities. Water was provided in the spa reception

I really find the spa business model very smart and flexible, you get free access to the amenities if you book massage session.

Highly recommend day escape considering the distance from Amman.

The hotels service is the top quality, felt like king here. The Staff is very friendly and solved even our minor problems fast and without any problems. We had a great experience at dead see, which the hotel has a very good area down at the beach. The restaurant was self service buffet for all meals with a good choice of foods for various diets.
There is evening entertainment in one of the areas overlooking the sea. We fully enjoyed our time here and would like to come back again.

This was my second stay at this hotel and everything has been excellent as the first time! The friendliness of the staff and the service you receive here is very hard to beat.

The food has been great with a lot of options and different restaurants. One of the better dinner buffets I have had, the nights I chose it. Great location with a nice private beach and a huge gorgeous pool.

I stayed in a standard room with was spacious and had a balcony with a nice view of the Dead Sea. Be sure to mention if you would prefer cooling or heating ventilation when checking in, if coming during the colder months.

I need to especially thank Mr Abdullah Ganam, Mr Fares Aljawabreh, Mr Faris Shoqeir and Rachel. They all bent over backwards to make sure I was happy at all times!

Will definitely stay again if I ever return to the area!

A wonderful weekend getaway with friends. An amazing place. Clean rooms. The reception was great. High-quality internet services and parking. Many thanks to the night manager, Fares shoqier , whom we met when we arrived at the resort after midnight, who made the stay more wonderful and wonderful.

An absolutely beautiful place! Especially loved the Ambrosia restaurant, food was delicious and service was incredible! Bashar was amazing and extremely attentive to our table, he always made sure we had everything we need. Could not recommend enough!

We stayed 2 nights and we really enjoyed this Dead Sea beach hotel. It was very nice to be able to walk to the Dead Sea from our room in less than 3 minutes at 7h00 in the morning and enjoy this quiet and relaxing moment in this lovely part of the world. Our room was excellent, very cleaned and comfortable and had a nice terrace over looking the Dead Sea. We liked the Lebanese restaurant we went to on our last night, everybody was very friendly and the food was very tasty and very good. The food options at breakfast were very varied and good quality. We liked the hotel shop too as it had a large variety of items which were not too pricey and the person was very helpful and friendly. We would stay again without any doubts!

I booked a day ticket for the beach. Ibrahim and Ahmed from the beach team made my day at the beach, really very good service and support. It’s calm, clean and beautiful.

We spent the most fabulous vacation in this hotel this week. The site is very nice and the view is beautiful and relaxing at all time specially at sun set. The staff members are very helpful and professional especially moath.N
