Kempinski Hotel Ishtar Dead Sea

I had a great time here at the hotel. The views they have are so amazing. The rooms are big and the service is more than I expected, they have good food, the pool is warm. I think I'll have to come back every year now.

I went to this place around 5 years back. It was such a magnificent experience I haven’t anything like it in any hotel before. Talk about excellence in every details. Jordanian hospitality at its best.

Another amazing experience at Kempinski Dead Sea.. we celebrated our anniversary and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. We had dinner at the Lebanese restaurant and the food was delicious and fresh. The chef came to the table and served the main entree. We got flowers and more in the room for the anniversary celebration. The breakfast buffet was good with a wide variety of food and drinks. Ivan always makes us feel special :)

It's such a fantastic place to stay in The rooms are luxurious, the staff is friendly, and the amenities are top-notch. The location is also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping areas. I highly recommend it for a memorable and comfortable stay in

The hotel is truly spectacular. It is well appointed, staffed by incredibly friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. Even though we only stayed one night (2 rooms), we were treated as regular and loyal customers. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a superior room, which really made the trip for us. From the valet at the car park to those in the breakfast room (Ivan in particular who arranged a late 2 pm checkout for us (again complimentary), all staff we encountered were excellent.

The staff were extremely professional and friendly, especially at the spa where we had a great experience. Our every need was catered to. We also received a tailored print-out from reception with advice on how to drive to our next destination (Petra) which even included gas stations for us to stop at marked on a map.

Great views, service and amenities. Will recommend this place for families . They will ensure you are taken care off. Has Valet parking and good breakfast. Villa rooms are near the restaurants and pools. Indian restaurants were closed. Has kids club which is nice for young children. Has heated pools.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Service was excellent. Facilities are up to bar. Jan and Ivan were the two outstanding concierge. Very friendly, cheerful and helpful, they tended to our every need.

We will definitely come back to Kempinski Hotel the next time we come to Jordan and will let our friends know about the friendly and attentive services by the concierge’s.

People are so amazing! As same as the facilities, the food. We loved this place for our honey moon. Everyone made us feel so special: each single manager, waiter, housekeeping, driver. Is the best option to stay and enjoy the Dead Sea an amazing service

Spent a night recently in this hotel with my brother and niece. What a great experience and highly recommended. From the time we arrived the staff were so helpful. We had dinner in the Rahan restaurant and breakfast in the Obelisk. Food great and staff in both were so good, it added to our experience. Ivan was particularly helpful and arranged a late checkout for us. I should also mention the guys at the heated pool upstairs and the guys at the Dead Sea itself. All were so helpful.

We visited the Restaurant Obelisk and had an amazing dinner thanks to our server Yahya and Princess. They were very informative, attentive and kind to us. We will definitely come back. Amazing food and service. 100% recommend.

It was an amazing experience here, the location perfect with an beautiful sea view. The service was great and kind , Includes appetizers and juices.
They have a big spa and separate one for male and female also a mix one so you can enjoy were you want :) i booked an Arabian Massage with Dorji and it was exceptional among my experience my family will definitely come back in here.

My wife and I stayed for one night here and everything about this place was amazing. We had a minor issue at check-in that was dealt with very professionally by Waseem at the reception. Our room was spacious with very nice sea view. We had dinner at the Lebanese restaurant and their chicken/meat was the most tender we have ever had. Also the breakfast buffet is amazing with plenty of options.

We had dinner tonight at a Lebanese restaurant. It was wonderful. Huge selection of meze! Great kebabs. And the chef made traditional Lebanese desserts especially for us.
The service is worth mentioning. It's at the highest level here.

Great place to stay if you want to enjoy the Dead Sea area.
The pools were amazing and we were especially surprised by the service at the pool (our sunglasses were cleaned, we received cold water and tea 'shots', ...). Actually, the service in general was impeccable.
The food was also great, an absolute recommendation is the Lebanese restaurant.

I must commend the outstanding service provided by all staff. Specifically Sultan at the beach and Talal and Ayman from the restaurant, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their professionalism and attentiveness added a personal touch to our visit, making it truly memorable.

Do yourself a favour and get to this remarkable hotel in winter. Spacious well appointed rooms, amazing location with beautiful sunsets, excellent food and friendly attentive staff. Thanks to Saleh at the pool and Khalid at Lebanese restaurant for their amazing service. Highly recommended.

Stayed at the hotel as part of a tour and it was a marvelous experience. The staff was so attentive throughout the entire resort from the restaurant to the spa to the folks working on the grounds. Food was so tasty with so many options. Spa treatment was one of the best I've ever had. And the staff at the Dead Sea was so helpful, making the experience so much fun. Would have loved to spend a week here just because the staff was so welcoming. Only warning, if you have an apple phone and use location to set the time, sometimes it will ping the wrong location and your electronics will show the incorrect time. But a small price to pay for this most excellent hotel complex.

This was my first time at a Kempinski property and it was first class. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and kind. The resort is amazing and you must float in the Dead Sea! The rooms were spacious with private balconies and the bathrooms are enormous. I highly recommend this hotel if you are going to the Dead Sea

The view from the balcony from the Sumerian Lounge was wonderful for sunset photos. Suhaib gave us excellent service which added to our lovely time. He was very thoughtful, prompt, yet unobtrusive—a very valued characteristic for the customer.
