We've rented the car without reservation in a reasonable price. The return process was smooth and I got the deposit back. The car was in a good condition. I returned car one day before than we planned and got credit as a form of a compensation for that one day I paid for and haven't used.

We rented a car at the Amman Airport from Nov 8-13, 2023. It was a very pleasant experience. Everything went well. Car pricing was as advertised. We got our deposit back in a timely manner. We didn't get any tickets. Roads were good. The rental car counter rep was very nice and knowledgeable. We did a one way rental and went to Madaba, Bethany, Dead Sea, Petra, Wadi Rum, and Aqaba. Drop off at the Lacosta Hotel in Aqaba was very nice. I'd easily recommend Budget Rental in Amman.

Super lending library. Professional and nice approach. They didn't charge anything extra. Only instead of a small car I got a regular size. Returns were quick and no talking back at the same location as the pickup. Thank you very much.

We booked a car for 10 days, the pick up was easy and the car was in very good condition (27k KM). After bringing the car back, they checked it and the deposit was released on the same day. Very satisfied all in all.

Great service thanks to a professional staff! I paid 30 USD per day for Toyota Yaris with A/C and automatic transmission and I was happy. Car was 3 years old, with no technical problems and drove us around all Jordan.

Absolutely terrific staff.. we were unlucky to have our car 'keyed' during our rental period and were so surprised when they told us a proper wax & polish should probably be enough to 'fix' the damage and we didn't have to pay anything! Absolutely recommend!

Great Staff especially Khalil and Mohammad Elbaba. I was there in December 2018 and needed a car during my two week vacation. I had booked online a Toyota Yaris but was upgraded to a small SUV KIA Sportage for the same price. The car was almost brand new, clean and very presentable. I highly recommend this company since reviews for other companies were very unreliable. I would rent a car again from Budget on my next visit.

We had a pleasant experience with this company. The car was perfect, we received it in less than 15min and dropped it back in 5. The staff was very professional, specially Khaleel, who attended us both times. Very satisfied.
