Saint John Hotel

My stay was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by warm smiles and attentive staff, setting the tone for a memorable experience. This hotel is the best choice for a peaceful getaway from the busy city life!:)

The hotel may not be the newest, but it is perfectly located and has a terrace with a wonderful view of the city and the mosque. The breakfast was very tasty and eaten on the terrace with a beautiful view. The service was smiling, very nice and helpful. I can recommend it with a clear conscience. If I ever visit Madaba again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

Gorgeous hotel with fantastic food, great location and friendly staff

We stayed here 4 nights, we had a great time. Delicious traditional jordanian food for breakfast, nice view from the restaurant.
The room looked like on the picture, it had heating and also a balcony with a view on a famous church in Madaba. Also, which is an important plus in this hotel, that the windows are really soundproof! We couldn’t hear the noises from the street.
The hotel has parking spaces which is also great!
The attractions and the shopping street are just a hundred meters from the hotel.
The staff is so kind, it is rare to meet such helpful and great staff nowadays.
Very fast wifi also in the room, lobby and restaurant.
We reccommend it, for sure!

I stayed there for a couple of days, the staff were all welcoming and nice, the rooftop is so beautiful you can watch the sunset and overviews the old city
One night there was someone playing oud and authentic music and the atmosphere was warm and fun

If you’re a tourist i only advise you to try the traditional Jordanian plate “mansaf “ it is the most recommended plate there

In true Bedouin's tradition You are welcome like a Member of the Family, just coming back from a very long errand...everyone will makes you feel You are at Home... if you want the moon ...they will bring it closer to You on the roof top terrace, were the Jordanian's night sky will refresh Your Mind and Your Soul... You will be either enternained by songs and dances of hard working decent poeple, enjoying themselves...or enjoying finely cooked traditional meals of many subtle flavours...or indulge yourself with a finely prepared hubbly bubbly, letting Your mind glide above the deserts of the Ancien Holy Land... You will also meet two other permanent residents of the St John Hotel...Kindness and Brotherhood... St John Hotel, Madabah, Jordan...where my heart truly Belong

Lovely place in such an amazing city! Loaded with history! The hotel is great, staff is nice and extremely helpful, they even got us another mattress (due to back problems, the one we had in the room was perfect too) late at night! Great view of the mosque from the restaurant. I’d strongly recommend it to those who visit Madaba!

This hotel has the most beautiful view from its sky view Restaurant. The food was well prepared and very fresh the flavors of everything I enjoyed was on point. The service was top notch and our host was a pleasure to talk. Thank you for an extremely great time I hope one day to return as a chef from Canada I would recommend this ,hotels and restaurant

Beautiful hotel in center of Madaba, definitely recommend!

Cleanest and nicest hotel in Jordan in which we stayed on our 8 days journey through the whole country. Owner was especially nice and we felt really like at home. Hotel has amazing restaurant and bar at the top, from which you can enjoy best view of Madaba and its churches and mosques.

I had a great time staying at the hotel. The GM of the hotel - Mr. Omar - was the perfect host, making us feel at home, always showing readiness to help us with our stay in Jordan and confirming what we had already learned in the past 5 days in the country - there's no comparison to Jordanian hospitality.

If you're in Madaba stay at Saint John Hotel and enjoy the amazing rooftop view of the city.

Great hotel and restaurant. The highlight is the rooftop terrasse restaurant overlooking Madaba, such a nice place to chill and enjoy the city.
