Food was delicious and service was great! Highly recommend if you are passing through Madaba.

They make 1 dish and they make it reallly good. Roasted chicken ( crispy skin) with 3-4 selection of rice that has nuts and sweet fruit . Comes with soup and really inexpensive. Staff is cheerful and will serve you well

After a week in Jordan this is the best roasted chicken and rice we have had so far! Who would have thought to find it in this place?!
When we entered it was full of locals taking home their meal.

Fantastic simple chicken and rice meal served with lentil soup and a side of salsa. They also serve lamb. Traditional and what locals eat. Super lovely and helpful staff. I seriously don’t get another reviewer - this has always been a seriously fantastic, cheap meal and the take away option is normal! You can sit down for a nice meal but it is by no means a fancy place. But for 8 JOD for two with soft drinks - best value and taste we had in our week!

Good local Mabada food. Yummy Tandoori Chicken and delicious rice. The lentil soup was a favorite. Local people take out all day.

We went here after a recommendation from Lonely Planet. We ate chicken with five different rices, it was delicious. The choice is very limited, and the place is simple, but the price is right, the food is great and the staff is kind. Not the usual touristic money trap. Recommended!

Awesome traditional Arabic food - just chicken and rice cooked and served perfectly. We could only eat just over half of the food provided and with drinks our meal cost 10jd for a family of 4. We will be back.

We take chicken with 4 different rice. Perfect, chicken was really good and the rice was one of the best I have ever had. Also, if you ask they will bring you tradicional sweets from bakery for a dessert in really decent price.

We had a large bowl of 3 different rice and chicken parts. Everything was delicious especially the rice tasted really good. Also very reasonably priced. I can recommend after a day trip like we did.

One of the best restaurant we have eaten in Jordan. Fair price, great and honest staff.

The name Al-Mandi is nowhere to be found. It is right at a corner on Al-Quds street. Google may show it in the middle of the block, and not on Al Quds. The BBQ chicken is very good. The rice with garlic and chick peas is excellent, and the quantity is more than enough to share among 2 or 3 people.

Great food and very cheap! Lots of locals visit and portions are huge!
