Mosaic City Hotel

Very friendly family staff, very supportive and nice people there!
The hotel looks really nice, clean, and classy with typical Byzantine mosaic style resembling the local Historical sites.
Rooms are very comfortable and cleaned, some with really nice balconies facing the main street.
Breakfast is very complete with good quality. This hotel offers dinner service with good quality and average prices.
The gift shop is really nice, with lots of diversity and I found the prices very suitable regarding quality/price (not common in most hotels).
The hotel has a very cozy and relaxing bar space with free access to a nice pool table and card games.
Hotel resides in local central place very close to most touristic Madaba city!

This was my first hotel in the Kingdom of Jordan. It was about 30 minutes from the airport by car. We arrived at almost 01:00 in the morning because of our flight and surprisingly someone was still there. I highly recommend you to stay here when you visit Madaba. It is a simple hotel but offers outstanding hospitality.

1. Great value for money.
104 JOD for 2 rooms, 3 adults and 1 kid including tax and breakfast.
2. The room and bathroom are spacious. The bed and pillows are comfortable. A welcome drink is available in your room. The hot water works perfectly. The bathroom amenities are quite complete with shampoo, bath gel, and soap. There is a water heater, a safety box, a TV, and an AC.
3. European charger plug in the room. We are happy :)))
4. One man was still there when we just arrived. He spoke English and welcomed us kindly.
5. Free parking next to the hotel.
6. The hotel is big, clean, tidy, and has great decorations.
7. Breakfast is perfect. There is bread with some choices of filings.
8. The location is excellent.
Shopping mall is in front of it. The exchange money and city center are just in walking distance. Many restaurants and cafes are nearby. You just need to choose.

Very clean hotel with super helpful staff, very grateful to all of them. The room is very spacious for the family with two kids. They have served us a wonderful makluba for a dinner, very delicious. The waiter ran to a neighbour shop to buy bread when we asked for a piece of bread for my husband. The souvenir shop inside the hotel turned to have even lower prices than on the street! Recommend definetely for everyone visiting Madaba.

I love this hotel!
This is my second stay with friends and we all had a fabulous nights rest. The rooms are super clean and spacious with very comfortable beds. Parking is available and help with our bags arrived the moment we did!

The front desk is very friendly and efficient. We arrived too late for dinner, so a gentleman walked us to the only open falafel place and made sure we were served. Such caring service!

Breakfast is delicious. The options are vast and everything is fresh. The kitchen crew is very attentive and cheerful.

The hotel is in a great location to walk around and visit the sights. The WiFi is strong and reliable. In short, it has everything we need at an affordable price.

We will all be back again!

I recently stayed at Mosaic Hotel in Madaba and was blown away by the experience. Wonderful family run hotel in the heart of the old city of Madaba! All tourist attractions are within waking distance. Madaba is a great place to explore and relax before heading down south on your Jordan adventure.

The hotel is super clean with a lovely elegance to it! Great breakfast buffet and all at a totally affordable price!

I stay with my 4 kids and husband. Good location with an “Avenue” full of restaurants and shopping mall. We really recommend this place. Special if you are picky with the cleaning. The place is immaculate with very nice staff & traditional decorations all around. Breakfast buffet that you can personalize: American style, or Middle Eastern of course, or diet and more. I really enjoy my stay. Also they have decor items on sale and a souvenir store.

Mosaic Hotel in Madaba, Jordan is a 4-star hotel that offers comfortable and modern accommodations.

The parking is located after the hotel and it can get very busy to enter the street. What I did was to park the car in front of the hotel and ask the staff to open the backdoor so we didn't have to go all the way around again to the entrance.

The hotel features a restaurant area where you can have breakfast in the morning, a bar, wich we loved since we were able to try a very cold beer "Petra" highly recommend if you are a light beers lover and terrace, as well as an outdoor pool for guests to enjoy. We didn't have enough time to look for everything that the hotel has to offer but I guess that by visiting the bar you can have an idea of the hotel.

The rooms are equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning and private bathrooms.

We had positive experiences at Mosaic Hotel, we praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms, and convenient location in the heart of Madaba.

However, I could say that the hotel could benefit from some upgrades and renovations in some areas.

Overall, I would love to return and spend a couple of days there.

Five stars for: kind and professional service, superb clean and comfortable rooms, perfect location, exellent breakfast and bars with drinks and free pop-corn. What else do you need after long day going around city or out of the city? I stayed for 3 nights, only because they organized me perfect driver service (Fakhrey Tour Escort) and the quality = price of this hotel (recently renovated) matched my expectations. Could highly reccomend you to support this traditional family owned business! ps. Only request would be for the next time, is to have larger turkish coffee option at the bar.

Family owned and run hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms, and great location. Near the numerous beautiful mosaic sights. The area was very busy but our room was quiet. Parking is a bonus if you have a car.

This hotel is small, very nice and cozy. Our rooms were big and with everything needed. It is clean. They have also a parking place.

Breakfast was ok. We had also a open buffet at dinner and was delicious.
The hotel is near the main street so you can walk to the near shops.

Excellent hotel! Staff are all very professional and helpful, really made us feel at home. Room was super clean, comfy, and bigger than expected. Plenty of storage, mini fridge, big shower with lots of hot water.

Stayed also in the Aitch hotel and this one had more charme to us.

My family recently stated at this hotel (September 2019). The room was very clean and large enough for three single beds. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and a good size. The staff were very helpful and the service in the dining room was very good. The hotel is in an excellent location - near the city centre an all the areas of interest. I would highly recommend the hotel.
