Auto Nation Rent A Car - Airport office

We have had an excellent experience with this car rental company. Everything went very smoothly, the car served us very well. Pick up at the airport was quite quick, a large air conditioned car took us to the rental branch about a 5 minute drive away. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We got free drinks and great coffee. The car was different than advertised, but the category matched. The car had some scratches, but nothing major. It was a Toyota Corolla (about 100k km) with an automatic transmission - very spacious for passengers and luggage. The average fuel consumption (with the air conditioning always on) was 7.5 l/100km. Attention - it is delivered with an empty tank, you need to go to refuel immediately. Returning the car and taking it to the airport was also quick and without the slightest problem. I recommend.

manager, 2-payment and deposit in cash! 3-the best price for a car with an automatic machine.
Everything is clear, adequate, and pleasant guys! They don’t offer anything extra, they don’t
impose any insurance, and the conditions are all transparent and stated in the contract. The car
is clean. fresh. The model is exactly as ordered. Returns are super-fast. Definitely recommend!

We were very pleased with our rental and experience with the staff overall. Picking up and drop off was easy. The office was only a 10 minute drive from the airport. The only thing is that since they open at 9 they ended only picking us up around 9:30. The car was a bit dirty but we didn’t mind, it drove well. I would recommend to anyone and would be a returning customer if I come back to Jordan.

Exceeded my expectations!

I booked an SUV and was told on the website that it will be 2016 or 2017 model. I arrived to the airport and find AutoNation agent waiting for me in the airport, and he delivered the car to the airport for my convenience. I was provided with a 2022 Mitsubishi Pajero SUV. The car was brand new and elegant as shown in the pictures. Return process was smooth as well. Credit card deposit was returned to me, and we had no issues at all. Definitely recommend it, and a much better experience than car rental companies located inside the airport based on my personal experience traveling to Jordan several times.

I rented the car online. I was expected by a representative at the airport. I received the car in a few minutes. The car went perfectly. I was taken to the airport by representatives of the rental company. People were nice. Thank you for everything!

We decided to rent a car because we planned a roundtrip in Jordan and it was the best decision to choose Auto Nation! They offered us an extensive insurance so we didn’t have to worry about anything on our way and we could enjoy our trip! Obviously on a long trip damages do happen but luckily we was covered! The car was great and they provided all the useful information about the renting and how everything works. The car was clean and almost new, it worked really good and it was really comfortable for five of us. Its conditonal was spotless, the A/C worked perfectly and the trunk was huge, everyting could fit in. This car was the best for our trip! The stuff was really nice and helpful, we can only recommend!
