5* service. Can’t fault them, I’m actually confused why/how people have left them bad reviews. Either people have booked the lowest “package” and expected the top one or people not reading that they don’t do special assistance.

They met us at the gate of the aircraft and escorted us with a buggy to fast track immigration then to a car to the hotel.
Aircraft to car within 5mins.

On return

Car turned up exactly 5mins early to the hotel.(no pressure to go early I presume due to wanting to be there on time with the traffic).
Arrive at the airport and met by a member of staff to help with bags and guide us. Straight through fast track immigration and security taking no more than 5mins including all the security swabs and checks. Then through duty free without any fuss when we looked around. Then onto the lounge. Told us what gate and asked us if we wanted to be shown to the gate.

Absolutely flawless service and will use again.

They're not that bad and they're trying to be nice but we shouldn't expect that they will be acting like the asians in dxb airport for example.
But in general it's good to have this service at the airport.

الخدمة جيدة و دقيقة لكن الأسعار مبالغ فيها كثيرا و أسعار الباقات في موقعهم الالكتروني للباقات الأعلى غير واضحة ( لاتعرف ان كانت كلفة الخدمة بعدد المسافرين أو بعدد الحقائب أو بنوع السيارة أو full package ) ، وكل ماتسأل للتأكد يردون عليك برسوم اضافية .

I booked for my family to be welcomed when they reach Amman international airport, but the ground team of TIKRAM service said their head office didn't inform them about the passenger's numbers (1 adult and 3 kids) and they are not in charge of carrying any luggage or pushing trolly or collecting luggage from the carousel, so their job is to guide the arrivals from the air bridge to the passport control and to guide them to the arrival hall, while their head office when I book via email they confirm they will handle everything and they charged me equivalent to $70 USD.  I think there is a management conflict between the airport staff of TIKRAM and their head office. it was an unpleasant experience and will not use it or recommend it to any traveller who needs help with luggage because TIKRAM staff said it's not part of their job.

Liars they will take money and provide nothing.They left my 70 years old mom without any help after taking the money.

Not recommended at all. The men who work to carry and load bags have consistently exploited me. They used to ask for a wage that was unreasonably high, or they would whine and complain if I gave them a reasonable wage or tip. Just yesterday, they did the same thing with a group of foreigners who arrived. I advise the government of Jordan to reform this company and its practices so that visitors to this amazing country will not begin their visit with exploitation!

very bad service, and they do not told the customer the wheelchair is only to baggage counter not to airplane, so i paid 7 JOD for nothing

Worst service ever, it is a clear steal from passengers arriving to QAIA.
It took us more 30 min additional time to pass the Tikram fast track vs all passengers who opted the normal track, they have 1 passport control counter and too slow.

Worse service ever. Very rude employees and supervisor. They forced me to take a big trolley to pay more for only 4 bags, keeping in mind I arrived from the US two weeks ago and used one small trolley for 5 bags. They just want to rip people off and make more money. Such a shame and so shamed it’s a Jordanian service too. Supervisor didn’t care and just wanted to smoke and have his coffee. So disappointing

I paid for the entire service for my mom who was traveling to Amman. They were supposed to meet her at the door of the gate with a wheelchair and take her all the way through baggage claim. They didn’t meet her anywhere. When she found a representative from Tikram and showed her the confirmation and reference number, the woman said, “I have no idea what you’re talking about.” Don’t take this service and now no one is answering the phone for us to get our money back.

I just experienced an unprofessional and rude service from Tikram at Queen Alia International Airport. The employee who was assisting me asked for 10 JOD and I said I don’t have change and that I will go to the counter. He was upset and rudely said “Give me the 20JD!” When he returned, he gave me back the rest of my money and was practically yelling “Look it is 10 dinars!” He pushed my cart up until I entered the line to check in. He left the cart to the side and didn’t return to help me when I arrived at the counter. I found out that my flight was delayed and I asked them to help me return the bags to the car since they didn’t help at the check in counter. The employee at the office outside was rude and unprofessional just like the other employees who I asked to help and they didn’t help me with my 6 heavy bags.
Overall, my experience with Tikram has made me realize that I will never use their service again. I feel like I threw 10 JOD down the drain. My advice? Save yourself the trouble and push your bags yourself rather than experience unprofessional service. I will be coming back later this afternoon for my 5:00 flight and I will absolutely not be paying for Tikram’s service again.
