I needed a car and did not have a reservation. I contacted this agency from the airplane’s wifi and they were able to get me a vehicle by the time I arrived at Amman from Cairo. Excellent service, fast response. To help them and yourself, take a video of the car during pickup so your return is fast and easy.

Before we reach airport they were already there with car. It’s brand new even the seat covers were not removed. While returning we have to deposit the car before airport and they will drop us to airport it’s not a big issue. The good thing is they give the car with empty fuel and return them empty. In Thailand what happen was they gave us with full tank and return with full tank but we didn’t have much time and they charged us because we gave empty tank. They give the best service thanks.

I rented from Rushmore by mistake to be honest, but it was a very fortunate mistake, they were very nicely communicative, and gave me a nice car, the whole process was seamless. The people working there are extremely nice, and they kept checking how I was doing.

The service provided by the Rushmore car rental agency has been excellent. They do not have an agency inside the airport but it was not inconvenient because they were waiting for us and delivered the car to us in the airport parking lot. The response to any question or need has been immediate. I recommend this agency without a doubt and on my next trip to Jordan I will hire their services again

Very professional rental. We rented a Kia Cerato for 10 days and this dealer offered us the best price I could find for this kind of car.
We were picked up from airport at our arrival, the office is few minutes from the airport. The service is great, for every need they were availabale at any time.
