Dany Rent A Car

Made a booking over a month in advance for a small car. When picking up the car they say there are no small cars available so they have to upgrade us at a cost.
Not left with a choice as this rental company is not located at the airport and you would be stranded otherwise.
Companies shouldn't offer vehicles on particular dates if they are already sold out - completely unprofessional.

This company is not at the Amman airport facilities and did not show up for the car delivery. As result of it, we got stuck at the airport. This was arranged via company called Fox Rent a Car.

Orbitz reservation was for $190.24, however, they billed my Credit card $222.46

Although I told the guy about a scratch in the car and to mark it during car check for renting and he promised to mark it, they still charged me for that same old car accidents. Be careful those guys are a scam.
الجماعة نصابين وقد دفعوني ثمن حادث قديم بمقدمة السيارة بسعر مبالغ فيه بالرغم من انني نبهت المسؤول عند التشييك على السيارة لذلك الحادث وأكد لي انه سيعلمه. لا انصح أحد بالتعامل معهم.

They charged me four times the same price for the same transaction they made me wait two hours at the airport and then they lied and said I didn’t pay online and I paid and the money went out of my account then I was charged four times the same price 164 dollars كنت حاجز ودافع على الإنترنت وخلوني ادفع مرة ثانية عندهم ولما مشيت حاسبوني اربع مرات نفس لسعر عالم ما عندهم خبرة ولا طريقة معاملة
