Thrifty Car Rental

Good car, good price, very good insurance.
The clean car policy is unclear, they try to ask 10 JOD for normal car usage (some dust outside), which according to terms should be charged only for very dirty cars.
The check in process is incredibly long, it took 90 minutes to take our pre-booked and pre-paid car.
The cars are clearly marked with "Thrifty" adhesives.

My company rented two vans from here for about 2-1/ months. The drivers, Ahmjed and Hussam, were cautious, friendly, and knowledgeable about the local areas. Would definitely recommend using either of these two drivers and this company as well.

The negative comments on basically all car rental companies here made me very hesitant but I was very lucky to choose Thirfty car rental! They took very good care of me. I had no issues giving back the car and no unexpected charges. 5 minutes after I gave back the car I got my deposit refunded. I forgot my shoes in the car but they kept it safe for me so I didn't lose it. The price per day is very good too, I did not pay more than someone who rented their car in Amman. My worries made me decide to buy the full insurance. The daily insurance price is just as high as the daily rental rate, but in the end I had no problems giving back the car and I made no damage. I would definetely recommend Thrifty and I will go there again if I ever come back!

Good price for the Nissan Sunny we had. They found a scrape when we returned the car, but after checking on their system, it came out it was already there. Nice and professional

I am always full of worries before renting a car :) This time I can't complain about anything. I didn't have to wait for anything. The staff checked and marked every scratch on the form, even the smallest detail. I took pictures and a video too. When returning the car they check the car and compare everything with the form. After 5 minutes they unlocked the deductible on my credit card.

Po przeczytaniu wszystkich negatywnych opinii myślę że piszę je konkurencja lub osoby które zniszczyły auto i nie chciały płacić , zabrałem auto na 7 dni , Kaucja 500 euro=350jd , została zwrócona odrazu po oddaniu czystego i nie zniszczonego samochodu . Polecam w 100% . Sam bałem się że Kaucja przepadnie :)

Abholung hat etwas gedauert, dafür lief die Rückgabe schnell und problemlos. Der Preis war für 12 Tage absolut in Ordnung. Wir würden wieder buchen und können Thrifty weiterempfehlen.

차량 확인 후 연료 게이지 차량 상태 확인 종이를 카운터로
가져 가면 보증금을 취소 해주는 영수증을 준다

차 상태도 좋았고
깨끗하고 엔진 상태도 좋았다

Bardzo mili i pomocni pracownicy wypożyczalni. Przy odbiorze samochodu wskazałem na każde uszkodzenie i ryskę, które pracownik wypożyczalni wpisał w formularz, porobiłem zdjęcia. Samochód czysty i pachnący z niewielkim przebiegiem, prawie nowy.
Odbiór szybki i bez problemów, zwrot kaucji po 5 dniach.
Mały minus za brak ładowarki i uchwytu do telefonu. poza tym wszystko OK.

Très contente de ma location. La voiture correspondait à celle réservée.

Au départ, très bon conseil : plutôt qu'un routeur dans la voiture (10 JOD / jour x 11j), prendre une carte téléphonique pour accéder à internet de partout (stand Orange en face de leur agence, 15 JOD pour tout le séjour pour 20Go d'Internet).

Au retour : très rapide pour rendre la voiture, sans besoin de la nettoyer et caution rendue immédiatement.

Seul bémol : voiture automatique, qui n'est pas adaptée aux reliefs Jordaniens ! (préférez une manuelle)

Die Übergabe am Serviceschalter erfolgte problemlos. Mängel am Auto wurden vollumfänglich aufgenommen. Von innen war das Auto sauberer als manches Hotelzimmer in Jordanien. Das Auto hatte "jordanischen" Gebrauchsspuren die für uns total akzeptabel waren. Ich kann die negativen Kommentare nicht nachvollziehen. Ich würde wieder buchen!!!

Különösen jó véleményem van a Dollar / Thrifty kölcsönzőről. Saját hibámból a központi irodánál foglaltam le az autót. Ez a reptéren derült ki, amikor nem találtak a listában. Ingyenesen, fél órán belül elhozták az autót a 20km-re levő központból és az autót ugyanúgy a reptéren vissza is tudtuk adni. Példaértékű kedvesség és ügyfélközpontúság. A 350 €-s kaució is korrekt volt. A hibákat átadáskor és átvételkor is alaposan megnézték. Tele/tele tankopció ellenére 1/4 tankkal kaptuk meg az autót, ennyivel is kellett visszaadni. Természetesen az autót ugyanolyan állapotban adtuk vissza, mint ahogyan azt megkaptuk (lemosva, kitakarítva, 1/4 tank üzemanyaggal), a kauciót pedig abban a pillanatban jóváírták a kártyánkon.

Ritiro e consegna della macchina molto veloce e senza alcun problema. Personale cordiale che parla inglese molto comprensibile. Direi assolutamente tutto perfetto.
