Trustworthy, employees were very nice from the pick- up to the return. They gave us an upgrade for a bigger and more comfortable car. The car was clean and with did not run into any issue, I would recommend it. A special thank you to Sager who was extremely nice and professional.

Rented a car for 9 days. I got the free upgrade to a bigger car. The car was in a okay condition, multiple scratches but all noted with staff, the light was not perfect on the highway, the automatic lock was not working, only the manual one. But generally the car was worry-free during the whole trip. When I was taking photos on the beginning the staff just let me video everything with their lighter. They didn't try to sell me extra things I don't want to. They unlocked my credit card block just after I left the keys on the airport what I really appreciate and I would reserve here again.

Great service. We were the first customers for the agent to be handled with the new system. This did not take long at all, and we had a pleasant experience. The agent was really friendly, making our arrival to Jordan a good one. The car was in good condition and everything was straightforward. Return was also easy, despite it was hard to spot the right area to drop off the car since the signage can be improved, but that's probably an airport operator's issue. Would rent here again

Guys there have the true sense of customers support, cooperative and helpful, the process of receiving and hand over car went very smooth and quick. Great rental place and the representative Sajer is very efficient and helpful with any questions we had about toll roads, charges, parking. Heads up for the folks who park in Jordan- pay attention to the signs of one sided parking! Despite the tickets, Sajer was helpful and kind about them and explained how the process works to pay them off. Sixt and Sajer for the win!!! :)

Everything was good. Nice people in the office in Amman - Wadi As-Seir, in Mecca Street, Jordan Amman.
We had Nissan Sunny (got upgraded), the only things was that the light in the car was not working, the light for long distance was not as supposed to be (please check it) but these details I think are ok in Jordan.
The car was otherwise good and deposit was released timely, no issues. Recommend.

At the return, Saqer was there, deposit was refunded on the spot. He did a great job finalising everything in less than 3 mins.

Thanks Sager for the great experience offered by him and the car rented with him. We had a great time in Jordan, in part thanks to them! Very recommendable.

Rented a car for them for 9 days. The original car was in bad condition. I asked for a better option and upgraded to a 2023 car. Car was new without any problems. Taking the car was not problematic. Returning the car was also very easy. At the end, we had no fines or damages. Got our deposit back in the same day. Overall, it was a positive experience. I honestly was worried given all the negative reviews here— but things were much better than expected.

Our experience with Sixt car was good. Car was value for money, clean, no line at the airport office. The guy at the counter, Mr. AlSammour was kind and helpful. There was a small misunderstanding because we booked it online via Rentalcars and were told that we have no insurance even if we paid full insurance to Rentalcars. We decided not to pay double and luckily we didn’t need it.

The staff are so lovely and helpful. Hanna was really friendly and made the experience so easy. Will definitely be using Sixt next time I’m in Jordan :)
