Great experience with this doctor and his staff. Everyone in the clinic is friendly and helpful. Treatment for my mom's knee replacement was great. The entire experience with the doctor and his staff was exceptional, follow up, and attention to details made our entire experience excellent.

Dr. Ghassan Khayyat is an excellent orthopedic, professional, thorough, friendly, very patient and attentive orthopedic. He has amazing friendly and professional support staff so I trust that I'm in good hands. I usually do not write reviews, but I felt I wanted to share my experience.
Dr. Khayyat’s passion for his craft shows by really caring for his patients. He takes the time to explain X-rays and procedures and the patient’s options. He continues the free follow ups as long as it is needed, so every patient can expect to be treated with utmost care as an individual not a number. Therefore, I highly recommend him without hesitation.

طبيب ممتاز لكن المواعيد سيئة جدا

Very arrogant doctor, he was humble when he first started but no idea what happened to him afterwards.
He recently joined the board members of Abdali hospital, that should made him more decent and closer to patients on the contrary, he keeps requesting X-rays, CT scan and many Medical procedures, he refuses to listen and give time to patients.
He is not focused on patients lately and and have lots of failures, not the perfect model for a doctor.
I don’t recommend him at all.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Ghassan at his clinic, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. My mother and I waited for over 2 hours to be seen, despite having an appointment scheduled in advance. To make matters worse, all patients were given the same appointment time, which resulted in an overcrowded waiting area filled with frustrated and annoyed individuals.

Throughout the wait, patients were continuously asking the receptionist when their turn would come, and the only response we received was that the wait would be only 15 minutes more. This lack of organization and transparency is unacceptable and very unprofessional.

While my mother's case was not an emergency, it is concerning to think about what would happen if it were. The long wait time and poor communication could have serious consequences for someone in need of urgent medical care.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Dr. Ghassan's practice. There are many other professional and efficient doctors out there who value their patients' time and well-being. I urge anyone seeking medical care to consider alternative options rather than risk enduring such a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Professionalism 0. My mother went to the clinic today and the doctor literally scolded my mother and told her to ‘concentrate whilst she’s talking’ and ‘to not talk nonsense’ when she was literally explaining her knee problems. I don’t understand where is the patient compassion and care, genuinely needs to re-evaluate how he speaks to his patients.

Extremely disappointed by the service provided by Dr. Khayyat's clinic. We were given an appointment at 2:30 only to find out that there were 11 other patients in the waiting room who were ALL given the same appointment! We asked every patient in the room when their appointment was and they confirmed it. After TWO hours wait time we were admitted in only to shockingly find out that Dr. Ghassan was not even in the clinic. We were seen by his doctor in training. That's completely ridiculous and extremely rude to the patient!

At the very least, I as a patient would expect:

1. Accuracy in appointments (or at least an attempt to being accurate and considerate)
2. The receptionists or scheduling staff give ONE appointment time slot to ONE patient
3. The patient to be informed that the doctor we booked the appointment for is ACTUALLY available to see us!

It's unfortunate that such a high reputation is completely shattered by the team behind the appointment management. We have never met Dr. Ghassan in person and a quick read over the reviews other patients gave him would've given us a hint on what kind of doctor he is. I truly understand why other reviews mentioned that his service is unpleasant.

Medicine is not business. I really hope this gets to Dr. Ghassan to reevaluate his services and understand that being punctual is part of patient care. I will not be recommending his services to ANYONE in Amman and word of mouth is stronger than an expensive clinic in a prestigious hospital. I am even shook how Alabdali hospital is not taking a stance at protecting their own hospital reputation.

Arrogant and is exceptionally bad in terms of providing proper care and time for patients, and oh btw his assistant Dr. obviously stopped reading updates in the medical field the moment he graduated.

So here we go for the second time , still waiting been 32 mins exactly and still waiting

Terrible bedside manners and post surgery care. Appalling is an understatement.
